the customer service is very bad here. They try to give your all the bad toppings and skimp on everything and if you ask for more they will dig to the bottom and give you an even worse topping. save your money or go to the flaming wok cause they understand good customer service and give you more then you ask for and are nice compared to harveys where you will leave regretting your choice. i asked for more toppings and she literally dug to the bottom to get the grossest tomato's and pickles. idk if everyone there hates their job but i wont go back and will tell all my friends of this experience. worst customer service.

The worker who was going to be making my burger was sitting on a milk crate on their phone and then proceeded to make my burger, touching my buns w bare hands w/o washing their hands. I was also ignored when trying to order for a bit; they were chatting. Gross, and I will be looking to make a complaint w/ USask if possible

Made my very first delivery order this morning. It was supposed arrive between 10:55 to 11:05. It’s 12:11 and it’s still being prepared. I’ve tried to call the location to find out what’s going on, and all I get is a fax machine sound.I’m hungry and not impressed.

Had the regular cheese burger today, was great. A little disappointed they don't have all the toppings as a standalone place but good none the less. Toppings to choise from are tomato, lettuce, onion, pickeles, banana peppers.I don't know all the sauces i got Harvey's sauce and garlic mayo on mine. Was tastyI know there is BBQ, ghost pepper sauce, ranch, normal mayo, ketchup not sure about other sauces. Service was friendly. Sorry about the bite. The best place to eat at the university is Harvey's.The food is super fresh and tasty. I love this place because we can choose our own toppings for our burger. The garnisher can be informed of the quantity of sauces and vegetables by us. Our burger is being prepared in front of us. I was over the moon when I visited this place for the very first time because there are many options for vegetarians as well. I love their classic poutine, veggie burger, and onion rings. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.THE FOOD IS OVERALL DELICIOUS AND REASONABLY PRICED.
