It took from the drive through order board to window to pay where by surprise 14 pc bucket & 5 sides were already bagged. Typically a10 - 15 minute wait time. My first instict "can't be good right?" Right! It was absolutely disgusting the chicken was so old & greasy, fries were the bottom of the fry basket fries, no flavour gravy, Cole slaw was half water and the macaroni casserole had an unusual odor my dog turned his nose to it. $$$$50++ down the drain. This store & it's employees should be ashamed of taking a hard working Canadian for his money. Customer service & satisfaction used garner pride in Canada which meant return customers. Canadian Pride does not exist at this KFC. ??

Ordered food at 11am for 4pm delivery for my dad's birthday. At 405pm food still hadn't been delivered. At 425pm I called the store. The person told me the driver had left 20 minutes ago and wait a few more minutes and then call back. At 440pm I called them and told them we had STILL NOT received the food. The manager offered to come drop it off herself. Food was finally delivered at 505pm. Keep in mind the delivery place was less than 10 minutes away from the store. $50 for a small amount of food and food that was delivered over an hour late was absolutely ridiculous. Will never order from here again.

Wish I read the reviews before coming here. Fries were old and cold. I see why I was the only person at this place. Waited quite some time, meaning I expected freshly made fries to say the least. NOT WORTH THE PRICE.There's no simple pride anymore with these fast food chains. Will not be coming back here ever.

Absolutely not impressed I ordered a spicy big crunch the burger they gave me was rockhard guarantee it was not fresh it was probably sitting on a warmer for 30 to 40 minutes they should always make your food fresh that’s not even remotely acceptable to hand out to a customer what a joke worst KFC in

This is my full time chicken place! I love it… but tonite! The service was terrible… skip drivers getting priority over paying customers. A 150 order. And they didn’t even pack it right, with missing items and gross greasy chicken… that look like it was dumped right from the fryer. I understand that any foods is expensive, but for that kind of money.. it should be packed correctly.I always always get a family treat from this location, but the service as well as general presentation of KFC wasn’t what I would expect. Or have gotten before!

This KFC is hit and miss. I asked for condiments, aka, ketchup, salt pepper etc , I get plates and cutlery, when asked for ketchup, vinegar, salt and pepper, I get 4 salt and 4 pepper, that's it , for a 12 piece meal, apparently the person serving has no idea what condiments are. Fries are smaller i portions and just not the same as they use to be. Chk was .... Ehhh skin was not crispy, kind of rubbery. As for atmosphere, a complete window was replaced with a piece of plywood!!! Not the first time I've seen this at this location. Save your money and go to Popeyes or co-op, they both have fresh crispy chicken.

Amazing service and staff I had ordered a BOGO sandwich and they had accidentally not put it in the bag but he had texted my cell phone and called to make sure I knew it was missing. I also have a friend from school who works there and she is awesome!!!! Love you girl. KFC IS THE
Food was decent as usual but lady taking orders at front desk was very rude to native people but super nice to me and the way she dealt with all the native people that walked in was unacceptable. Never going back based on that.

I’d like to start with I’d been ordering from here for 15 years… about 7/8 years ago it started going down hill. Yesterday I Walked in and there were three employees sitting at a table (manager included had no idea she was the manager until she informed us upon refund that she was the manager and was on break so she didn’t need to inform employees I was there) I waited at the till for 5 mins before anyone came out from the kitchen… was trying to order the seasonal feast but they were without the stuffing so I switched to just getting the variety bucket paid at 8:15 was informed it would be ready in 15 mins. Went out to the car to wait. Went back in at 8:30…. Waited another 5 mins before a guy came out to tell me three more minutes. I said no problem… 5 mins later he returns to tell me they sold our strips to the one drive thru order who came. They informed me they would throw in a handful more popcorn chicken. I said well just upgrade the medium to a large and they refused. Had to get our money back now 45 mins after ordering…. Churches chicken came thru for our family tho!!! Can’t wait for the new churches chicken on 22nd to open
