I'll start with the good, the location is great and so is their cheesy bread.However, between the lady at the front giving me the wrong change on numerous occasions, menu items being incorrect on the ordering website (they don't have lava cake it's actually an individual slice of cheesecake which has been expired or melted twice now).There are very long wait times even if you order ahead of time, most of the time I almost spend my entire lunch break just waiting for the food.

They served expired cheese, chicken was raw my friend had to be rushed to the hospital because of this. Went to get my money back but they just threw a whole scene and wouldn’t give me my money. My total came out to $70 for 3 raw uncooked pizzas which is insane. Filed a complaint with the police about Muhammad Usman for health safety and not taking accountability. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. Employees also don’t know how to do their job correctly. Just a whole mess. Wouldn’t give us a refund when we provided all the proof.

Kookos pizza is absolutely all time worst pizza I have had! I can't believe they have the nerve to serve customers uncooked, stinky pizza… It's an absolute insult to call that slop pizza! The smell alone made me puke, and the dough was practically raw. Save your money and avoid this horrible of a pizza shop at all costs!

I would say it’s typically pretty decent pizza not the best but not the worst. This order for the unlimited topping it’s seems like the didn’t put cheese on it at all. So that’s concerning.
