Warm coke, cold fries, random toppings on a quarter pounder that didn’t belong there. Strange bun top with a sesame seed bottom, what the hell is going on over there? Drive thru took 40 minutes!!!! The entire point of fast food is for the convenience of a familiar product! Non of that was met. I’m still hungry and waisted

ALWAYS missing something… just ordered food from here and they didn’t give me a straw or sauce. They always give the wrong food, missing food/items, food is old and tasteless, service sucks, what else could go wrong lol honestly. Never go to this location. Yes it’s convenient but obviously they must treat their staff really horribly since literally no one is ever in a good mood and are willing to do their jobs poorly. Terrible place in general.

In the last 2 weeks, we have gone here twice because of school lunch sanctions! The atmosphere was busy, lots of people! The food was worth the wait and the service was great!

This is by far the worst McDonald’s in the city every time I get food from this location something is wrong with my order! I don’t order complicated things just regular menu items so I really don’t get it I do understand mistakes happen but the management here doesn’t care if you have to take the time to drive back to fix their mistake absolutely no consideration for the customer and no compensation! What topped it off today I waited in one of the spots you pull up to after their drive thru for 20 minutes and they forgot my dipping sauce so I had to go in then I go home to eat and our Big Mac burgers were made with the top bun then no topping just the middle bun next then all the toppings and two Pattie’s which is incorrect! This store needs to seriously get it together it’s sad

It says open 24 hours. Went to get some food before a flight at 4:15am. Only to be told, "We are doing our day's end, and there will be no food for 30 minutes. " That was a first. I left mad.

Ordered a chicken McGriddle with cheese, paid then got a chicken McMuffin, got it “fixed” but just got home, no cheese, and found that they charged me for a McMuffin, which is more expensive. Went to do the survey that says it’s on the back of the receipt and would you believe that there is no back to the receipt? What a surprise.
