Not recommended place. I had a disappointing experience at this location. While in the drive-thru, I ordered a medium chocolate sundae, but she misunderstand and mentioned chocolate croissants, and told me like I was at McDonald's we don’t have croissants and said “oh my god” her attitude was very rude and she making a very bad face when I am at window. which is not acceptable in any customer service role. She don’t deserve to work in any customer service.

For real this is the worst McDonald’s in the city. I can’t think of one good experience. Only came here this time because we wanted flurry’s and I didn’t want them to melt. Waited in the drive through to order McFlurrys… nope no ice cream no sign or anything and now I’m stuck in the drive through line up waiting for nothing because there are ppl behind me and I can’t back out. It’s pretty obvious from all the reviews that they don’t care. If I was the owner I’d be embarrassed.

We took our granddaughter to this McDonalds last night and it was a horrible experience! No staff available to take order at counter, so had to order on machine. we stood waiting for food 20 plus minutes. We asked when it would be ready and an employee said "oh, it's been sitting back here"! Our Kids Meal was cold, sundaes melting, tables were filthy, and the woman's washroom was disgusting! Watched them put burgers together...unbelievable work ethics! Not the first bad experience here, but we gave them another chance!

We went in 235pm.Had Fillet O Fish.BOY, do these things ever SHRUNK in SIZE - it looks pretty much like a KIDS MEAL !!! In the 90's, they were bigger!! I dont mind paying more as ling as they keep the standard!!Food was ok, but SHRUNKEN size!!
