Absolutely disgusting washroom. I was served by a manager with a gold name tag who I suppose couldn't be bothered to even check. Trash all over the floor, toilet paper dispenser ripped out of the wall. Unacceptable.

I ordered food, which went well.Everything else did not. I needed a fork at lease to eat the items I ordered. Nothing. I needed a straw to drink my drink. Nothing. I got nothing.They were taking so very long for a service that was once 1.25 m each time. I won't request the impossible, but you forgot everything.Also there waiting parking space for overtime with orders, wasn't shoveled.Paid your bloody workers more then 15 bucks an hour so they actually care to prepare the overpriced food.I worked at McDonald's years ago, and we actually were the best in the city. Have some pride, I feel like a disappointed mother.God damn.1/10 for everything besides the actual ordering process.

We tried to make multiple drive thru orders but they told us to come inside. Which was extremely inconvenient for us. Isn't the whole point of a drive thru to not go inside? The worker apologized but it didn't feel very genuine. I understand it's inconvenient for them, but what about our disabled sister? We didn't want to have to leave her in the car alone. Seriously customer service is degrading here. Not to mention I've been to this location before and I've found literal dust bunnies in my food. Which was already resolved with them, but fair to mention.

If I could give 0 stars I would. VERY RUDE WORKERS. The drive thru worker was very rude to me and my 3 year old today. Safe to say we left without food. Thanks for making it an experience my child will remember, that is not how you speak to people. Screw this place. I’ll never go back. If you hate your job so much LEAVE.

Just wanted fries as a snack. Cold, soggy and unsalted. I could've cooked McCains in the dishwasher and had them come out better.
I swear this place would be better run by monkeys being paid in peanuts. Every drive thru is a 10 minute wait minimum even if you're the only one in line, and often times the order is screwed up in some way or another. Food is often cold by the time you get it from sitting out so long. Is being completely incompetent a prerequisite to work here? Prices have become a joke at all locations too.

Slowest and worst McDonald’s in Canada. If you’re lucky enough to get your order taken at the drive thru it’s usually wrong. If you order inside prepare to wait at least 20 minutes while the under trained workers scurry around to figure out what’s even going on.
