It was a dine in order. Took forever to make. Employees fooling around everywhere. Very bad management. Also there is a full time security guard in premises. His job is highly questionable too. I don't know if this a corporate or franchise location. If it's a corporate than head office needs to get involved. If it's a franchise than owner and management needs to go for training in busy store and learn how things works.

I had gone to this McDonalds to get something to eat and there is this little female security guard and she is watching me and I notice she watches every aboriginal person that walks in and I ran into a old friend so we sat down and ate and long and behold this security woman is sitting right across from us and asked me if I knew the woman I was with I told her yeah I do I known her for a few years she turned around and I had to use the bathroom and also change my bandages on my back from when I got stabbed so I asked my friend to come help me well there was this woman in there and she started yelling as she walked out so the security guard had come into the bathroom and started saying I was trying to fight this woman but I was in the stall with my friend changing bandages and the security started watching us through the opening in the door and she pulls her phone out like she is recording me and I my shirt was off and sodwas my bra then she started watching me some more I told her that my friend was helping me change the dressing on my bring but this woman got mad and said she is phoning the police on me and she stillhad her phone out looking the opening in the door and We finally finished changing the dressing on my back she was still there watching I couldn't even wash my hands then she said she was calling the police now and no one said anything to her not even the workers or the manager so now I feel so upset and hurt for being treated so badly because I am an aboriginal I don't know what she is doing with the of me with my breast out in the bathroom stall she could be putting it on the internet or sending to her friends I don't know I feel like going to the media about this and talking about to the chief and council about how she be little me because i needed to change my bandages and how she was watching and recording me

Extremely long wait for terrible service and the milkshake machine is constantly broken. No concern whatsoever for the customer experience, I would starve before accepting even free food from this location, especially when the one just up the road at confed mall is so much better.
