Great place to eat, only downfall is the flies that were flying around.UPDATEpreviously did not see this issue but now noticed that my order number had been cleared before I got my order leaving me to wonder if it was overlooked. nobody noticed I was still waiting for my order until another employee saw me there waiting. until then I'm sure anyone else working there assumed all orders were taken care of since it was not on the screen. these McDonald's representatives need to understand that this order screen is not just for their benefit but for the customers as well. this needs to be addressed. also saw a Skip the dishes delivered rep waiting for as long as I was not even being acknowledged the whole time which had to be at least 10 to 25 minutes.

Ordered online, they brought the wrong order and would not delivery the right order or refund me my money. Will never ever buy from any McDonald’s again. I’m so sick of their lack of service and accountability. Their food isn’t even that good anymore.

Every time I come here there’s always an ice cream machine down and NEVER any signs!! I get stuck in line and can’t order because the “machine is down”. Wanted a McFlurry and got told nope machine is down. “We’re waiting for a part”. Ok so why no signs, so people don’t get stuck in the drive thru!Thanks a lot !

Lobby is always a mess, food is never fresh and they almost always mess up every order. I would avoid this location like the plague until they get their stuff together and run this McDonald's properly.

Just left the drive through empty handed. Wanted some kind of dessert after supper so I went here. Asked for a McFlurry, the machine is broken, upset but seems par for the course here. They asked if I wanted anything else so I asked for an apple pie instead and they had none. Again was asked if I wanted anything else and as a last resort I asked for donuts. You can guess their answer and what they asked me next, so I just drove through with nothing having to wait through the drive through as I couldn't back up.

When I go through your drive through; there is SUCH A NICE LADY; she is so polite; so nice; she REALLY BRIGHTENS MY DAY !! On my way to work today; I was feeling sad; and just seeing her; her joy to see me as a customer; your awesome latte's and cappuccinos ... I'm not sure how it is but ordering from here or even picking up the food. Make sure you check your bag they always forget something or give you the wrong bag if it was not the closest one to my place I would go to a different

I was in the Drive Thru. And seen that there was 3 Vehicles that went thru and I did not get served yet. So I drove thru and left. Now I do not like using Race as a reason but seems that is what happen with my Situation. As I Drove by the 1st service Window I seen the worker and remember her. And had an issue with her before which involved unflattering words on her part. Kinda Sucks being First Nation’s in a place that is suppose to be home.

Visited this McDonalds in mid afternoon and had to ask for my food to go. It was absolutely disgusting dirty everywhere. Tables, floors, garbage containers inside and out and i was repulsed by it.
