The meals taste great (the chickpea curry box is a personal favourite), and the fact that they’re all pre-made and just need to be reheated is a game changer.The meal options are all pretty stellar and guarantee you won’t really get bored of what you’re eating. The macro breakdown for each meal on their website is also really helpful, if you care about that sort of thing.I also love that you can pause your subscription for when you might be away for a few days. I honestly can’t think of a bad thing about this service. It’s been a really great experience.

There are so many prepped meal places in Saskatoon but Meal Time is a cut above the rest. The food is super yummy and healthy; a high protein balanced meal. Way better then getting take out. Never had a bad meal from here ?
