I ordered a regular Flamin Bacon fry, but they gave me regular poutine instead. When I went back and mentioned they gave me the wrong one, everybody else was understanding, but an elderly lady with specs claimed I took someone else's order. I took the tray with my receipt (which was correct), indicating they were the ones who misplaced the order. Despite this, they didn’t even apologize, but instead insisted that I was the one who took it. She was very rude. This was around 6:30 pm on March 28th. The staff (elder lady) need to trained and I suggest they better behave politely with customer.

When google says you are opened at 10 like the rest of the food court and your employee keeps giving me the stink eye cause her til isnt counted. Maybe you should get your act together! In the meantime ill go to smoke

I had to repost this review as I had highly disliked and disliked experiences with this worst place I went ever despite complaining the nyc authorities provided me no solution I called and texted multiple times I reviewed even but I think they really didn’t careI had really worst experience with this place I usually go there coz I live there nearby , there is an Indian Punjabi girl works there she is highly rude she never wish anyone, especially when I go she really misbehaves , whenever I go there she reduces the quantity of food and give be half cooked fries totally unsatisfactory

Y’all know me, I come there often, Hindu speaking guy! Always great customer service whenever I go to the Midtown location. Never any issues when going there and staff don’t brush you off or are rude. Great overall service. Tues/Wed normally I’m there! Center Mall and Lawson location too have great staff on the few times I’ve ordered there. Never a bad experience!

Honestly went there today april 21. The staff was fantastic the kid running till was so nice and friendly and the fry guy was funny and the lady was really good at what she did there for us . There vibe was fantastic and I think they all did a amazing job in sync . I'm proud to go there and get food when buddy at till working he made it a fun experince . Brining everyone mood and work ethic up . It's amazing to see workers that happy and work together that well

Worst hotdog I’ve had in recent memory. Charged me $7.50 for just a chilli dog. The hotdog was one of those really cheap no name brand ones and the chilli and cheese had zero taste. A 7/11 hotdog is worlds above, sadly.
