Hi. Just going ahead and going to rate you one star, until the food that is legally owed is delivered. Please respond to my message in how I can order, as I should not be expected to figure out a solution to your mistake. Skip had mot show up, so I am leabing it in your hands to find a solution to your very poor business practices displayed. Thank you! I am exceptionally displeased.

Going ahead and leaving a poor review on here as well, and going to continue this until someone contacts me. If service is adequate I would love to up the score. Feel free to get back to me, so that you are no longer in hold of food owing! Worst case, I am sure your manager can deliver it, seeing as it was your mess up. Have a great day! I am exceptionally upset with this company. :)

I can understand that maybe they weren’t making enough money offering the all you can eat buffet. I just wish they would have adjusted the price accordingly instead of getting rid of the buffet all together. Now the prices are too high on individual dishes and I don’t want to take the risk of trying different foods at the current prices. This was my favourite restaurant at one time but I’ve stopped going there.

This place is a gem! It’s located in downtown so it’s just a bit hard to find a parking spot. The foods are great, so far of all the sushi I’ve tried in Saskatoon, I think their’s is the best. The staffs are friendly too. The place i just a bit small.

Very disappointed from our last visit. Food not up to par and decor in need of some TLC.

I have been a loyal customer to this restaurant for a long time as it is close to my work. I ordered 4 rolls to go and picked these up after work. When paying i thought the price seemed high and questioned the staff but she said I had already been given a 10% discount. I got home and realized my order was incorrect and I recieved 4 different rolls and 2 appetizers. I immediately called and the lady said she knew after I left it was wrong and someone else took my food. I asked what my meal total was supposed to be which was 9 dollars less. i asked if they could deliver my correct order to which I was told they don't have delivery, despite being on skip the dishes. She told me the food I tooI was worth more than my original order so they would not refund me the $9. I explained repeatedly this was not the food I ordered or my error, and that I wanted my correct food and the difference back. She would only offer me a discount for next time which I did not accept and asked to speak to the manager. She said he was in China so I asked who was in charge and she said her English was not good and insisted I share my phone number so she could text me and translate And then did not contact me further. Out $31 and no food that I ordered. I will not be back.

The food and prices are great, however we have ordered several times for delivery and have almost never had our delivery instructions followed ie we have asked for extra wasabi on at least 3 occasions and not received it- as we did last night. A small thing, but it affects the overall experience!

Beautifully crafted sushi. The Japanese desserts are to die for!

1st picture is sashimi, very thin slice, sushi taste is OK as long as you don't order raw seafood type, very unfresh seafood, quantity is small compare to other restaurants, last picture is I ordered one combo that comes with seaweed salad, but unbelievably the seaweed was put in a sauce cup, will not order that again, unpleasant experience

I used to love to go there with my family. I used to go into Saskatoon when my girls were in university and we would have so much fun trying small servings of al the things on the all you can eat menu. It was all so hot and fresh and tasty. Now there is no all you can eat option. There are a 100 little menu cards and nothing is very clear as to what you are ordering and the amount that you will get. For some reason you still get a pen to mark your choices but I am not sure why they bother with that any more. Someone needs to come along and help them turn that mess into a cohesive and understandable menu if they want to continue with their current business model. Anyways today husband and I decided to go and it was a sad shadow of its former self. I ordered a bento box because the multitude of little menus you get now are so confusing and I was sad it wasn't all you can eat. Not that I would eat my weight in food or anything - I just love having all the options and having a little bit of everything. We were always conscious of not wasting food for sure. Anyways the bento box seemed like an understandable choice but it wasn't very good. The salmon roll sushi in them was ok. The salmon itself was fatty and kind of yucky. There wasn't much of it either. You also get a miso soup which was cold (we were the only customers in the place so why couldn't I at least get hot soup?) I also had a bowl of plain white rice - mine had a hair in it. I was going to show the waitress but for some reason my husband spastically threw it away- I didn't want the rice anyway. So that whole meal was a disappointment. My husband had some confusing soup. You choose your noodles and what else you want in it. Basically he got a bowl of ramen noodles with 3 pieces of beef and a whack of bamboo shoots. He said it wasn't too bad but it wasn't anything he would go back for either because he frequently makes better ramen noodles at home. The waitress was pleasant - we didn't ask for anything other than what we got and like I said we were the only customers. We probably won't be back so I will just hang on to my happy memories of the place and move on...

Good food! Got what we ordered and in a timely fashion. Nothing blew our pants off though, which is the only reason it’s 4 stars not 5.

Service was really fast, so fast that you will doubt if it’s fresh or not, if it was sitting there for long or not. Food are cold, soup is cold but the cup is warm, chicken is dry and cold. Tempura and maki rolls are good. My friend ordered a bento as well but with salmon belly, which she regretted salmon is sooo thin and it goes with 3slice only. We have no time to complain it as we are in a rush but we will NEVER come back even if it’s cheap and fast.
