Only waited 5 minutes at lunchtime for a table. Servers were very friendly and efficient. The food was wonderful, from the delightful, soft and warm breadsticks, to the chicken & gnocchi soup ( both of which I was asked if I wanted more ... didn't know it was free 2nd servings ... what restuarant offers that??? Very few). And the five cheese siti al forno had such a delicate yet distinct flavour, I would highly recommend it. This was from the lunch menu ... and all for a very modest cost. I'll be coming back for more favourful dishes!

service was good but the food was not good at all.I had the spaghetti and meatballs and it wasn't the greatest taste. It's disappointing to spend money on food that doesn't taste good.

This was my families first time at an Olive gardens and they did not disappoint. We used the check in service online and got in within a short wait the staff greeted us immediately. Our waitress Kaitlyn (sp) was truly the best she was personable, friendly, kind and genuine. She told us she was fairly new but we never would have guess this as she provided exceptional service. We enjoyed our evening so much the food was fantastic and we had so many laughs with the staff and at our table. There was a gentleman (assuming the manager ) who went above and beyond for us when my daughter didn’t care for her dish. This was an amazing experience for us well done and thank you.

We have been to Olive Garden several times because my son likes the all you can eat Zuppa soup. Well, today, the food was not great. The bread sticks, as expected. The shrimp appetizer, excellent. The dessert, great. The soups... the Zuppa was watered down. It had almost zero flavour. I couldn't eat it. I tried the Gnocchi soup. The cream broth was good, but the gnocchi were undercooked and tasted like blobs of raw dough. Very disappointed. I don't know if they had just put on new batches that had yet to simmer to their acceptable serving state? We may never come back. The server was excellent.Update: To be fair, they took off one all you can eat soup and salad and comp'd the dessert. I was not expecting it, but was surprised, and that the manager didn't pop by as the restaurant was almost empty. The last time we were there, the manager stopped by our table and others. He even sent back our mains as the appetizer had just arrived seconds before. The restaurant was very busy, but he still made the time. The vibe has dropped from decent family restaurant to ... just above a greebly small town diner at twice the price.

We got to the Saskatoon restaurant just.before 5 pm on Saturday March 9th and we knew we were asking a lot by requesting a table for 15. We were even willing to take 2 tables away from each other if that helped. We were told it would be 45 minutes and we were fine with that. We were also told that it would be longer if we were to be seated together but this was on us not the restaurant. Paul and his staff were amazing, they had us seated in 45 minutes and all together. Paul came to our table and thank us for our patience and promised our food would come out hot and promptly. We had three terrific servers and our experience was phenomenal, it’s all we could talk about. We also had two birthdays and it couldn’t have gone better.Paul also came several times to see how we were doing and thanked us again for our patience but it was us that needed to thank him.
