Worst restaurant ever… wasted my 1 hour the item which is not available to you why it’s showing on website. I never received refund back from skip no order received. And phone number where i got call from is not available at all.

Terrible Opa…we have no Opa where we live so this is always a treat for us when shopping with the kids. The souvlaki was half the size it used to be ..we checked the nutritional info and they are obviously taking one souvlaki and splitting it on 2 skewers….the Greek salad was all red onion and tomato…not one single cucumber and 2 little green pepper chunks…served on 2 torn pieces of romain…what happened Opa…the reviews on another site are the same…wish we would have read them before spending the money we did on 3 meals….and no soap in the bathroom..doesn’t that make you feel great too…..

I ordered Souvlaki Chicken with Santorini salad. I think they gave me less Chicken and also the quantity of the salad was lesser. I used to get the same from another location - the skewers were almost full of Chicken and got more salad.

So I always order for Pick up through the phone.I order a lamb wrap meal and they always get it wrong.On Thursday, July 20 I phoned in to order the same and I told the Girl over the phone that I did not want Lettuce and Tzatziki Sauce on the wrap. I categorically repeated this 3 times and she assured me of having noted my request and Guess what I got ?Wrong friggin order again.Lettuce and tzatziki sauce were all on the wrap like she never heard mention it to her that I didn't want the two ingredients on the wrap.There's is always 2 people working and they tend to be too busy and that makes it very difficult paying attention to little details.When I picked up my phone order, a drink was not served with it. I only realized it was missing after 2 minutes of drive. And had to go back.Pro tip. Check your order before leaving the shop.51st always get my order right but with less Fries!!I guess what everyone one wants is a service which is at par with the value of money spent!

I got greeksalad that was 99% tomatoes, lettuce, all 3 leaves were rusted, half of a small potato, 4 chunks of chicken on the skewer and rice pilaf that had zero taste. Sadly I will not return to this location. When I asked for an extra sauce, I was told I had to pay extra. Service was awful, and so was the food.

Dirtiest place. I don’t think they ever clean the tables. Disgusting. I paid for an extra tzatziki didn’t get it. So I asked for it and they said they gave it me to. Did not. I also didn’t get the toppings I asked for but got more of the toppings I did not want. There was a good worker but once he went on break the other worker seemed like he hated everything about life :) and was rude

Check your food if you get takeout. Paid for 2 skewers and received 1 in one meal and my mother received none of hers. We were the only customers in the store. Absolute shame.

The last 2 times I went to this location, they served me raw grey shrimp in my takeout. Luckily, both times I was able to go home and cook the shrimp.You’ll have better food at the Stonebridge/51st Street but much more rude staff at those locations.

Stopped in just before 7pm on Dec 6 to pick up a platter on my way home. Do this quite frequently as I have enjoyed the food and do crave it every once in a while.I have to say please do not stop just before they close as they were in the process of shutting down.When I got home and opened the container my first thought was when did they start serving mashed potatoes?The rice, I believe it was was the bottom of the vat, there was no grains to it and was mushy and all stuck together, no flavour as well.They gave me a lot but they cleaned out the rice vat, had 2 bites and dumped the rest.Also on the salad, I know lettuce is getting expensive but honestly they gave me 5 bite size pieces of romaine and lots of tomatoes. There were a limited amount of very small red onions and cucumber.Was the smallest greek salad I have ever received previously.Also not 1 olive, scratched my head on that one.Chicken was over overcooked as it was taken out of the warmer but it did tase good.
