We have ordered a number of times from your restaurant. Most of the time, it's pretty good. Had the ravioli. The other night my husband had the pizza. The pizza was good. The ravioli was so dry I couldn't even eat it... Some of the ravioli were even blackened a bit on the bottom...disappointing...

This is usually an amazing neighbourhood pizza place but lately, it seems like when a particular fella is working the pizzas have been awful. Today, our pizza was overcooked and the crust was so hard it couldn’t be eaten. On top of that, our order was wrong and they did not offer to make it right. Not sure what’s going on. So disappointing.

Ordered an XL cheese pizza and XL all meat with extra ham. Literally could not tell the difference between the two when looking at them. Pulled the top back and that is why - for all meat and extra ham the meat was sparse. In general pizzas were very thin and crust was hard. To be fair, called to complain and they offered to replace the all meat extra ham pizza so we drove the old one back. The new one was marginally better. Pizzas are inexpensive but you also get what you pay for. Food quality and smaller portions appear to be the norm in the food industry in general these days.

I used to order all the timeThrew them. But in the last few years the pizza have been dry and over cooked. So I tried again ordering the 3 lasagna like I used to .but the lasagna was half the size and more money. NOT WORTH IT. WILL NOT EVER ORDER THREW THEM AGAIN.

We ordered a medium and large. Got a small and medium. Went back in to tell them and the girls assured us the small pizza was medium. Really???? Not the first time ordering pizza. I've worked at a pizza place in my younger days. My daughter worked at a pizza place just a couple years ago. We definitely got small and medium even though we ordered medium and large. We will not be going back because of that.

Staff is friendly, and the lasagna is unbeatable for the price. We ordered their family lasagna (3 individual pastas) and it was as good or better than anything you'd find in a restaurant. Will definitely be ordering from Pancho's a lot more in the future!

My family has been getting Pancho’s XL pies for years, and they knock it out of the park every time. The owner is lovely, the staff are very friendly and efficient, and the food is delicious!
Probably the best in town, if you’re looking for home made style pizza! Great crust, great sauce, good toppings portions and a friendly staff! All makes for a great pizza experience. Get there.
