I ordered online delivery and I didn’t tip because my situation that had happened last time so that’s the reason I didn’t tip and then when I went to go grab the pizza from him, the guy called me a penchod because he was expecting a tip tipping culture is crazy I understand what that means so terrible service never ordering here again

Decent toppings and selection, where Pizza Hut really shines, is the crust. The crust is cooked in cast-iron with heavy grease that gives a deep-fried crusty outside and a warm, soft bread inside that has kept Pizza Hut a mainstay of North American take-out experience for decades. Definitely worth a try if you have not had it yet; it very well could be your new favourite. Just be prepared for the heavy grease if that might upset your stomach. When I was a kid, no problem; in my 40s, it can cause some discomfort; but every once in a while, it is SOOO worth it!

dry crust, uncooked veggies and no flavour. That's how you make your pizzas ? $20 for the pizza you sent me ? Such a rip off. I couldn't even take a single bite, it was this bad. I am going to sleep without food cuz of your workers. Pathetic!!!

Worst Pizza Hut in Saskatoon. Takes 1.5 hours to deliver and they never answer their phone!! Half the time the order isn’t even correct and they forget sauces!

Ordered from here almost an hour ago, called to find out where it was and got told the delivered already came but no answer, when I told her that if he did come he didn’t ring the doorbell, she then tried arguing with me saying he did. After arguing with her she finally said the driver will deliver it soon & hung up on me! It’s been 30 minutes and it never arrived!

Just got home from hrs on the road and thought we would treat ourselves to a Pizza Hut. When I opened the box the pizza was mangled and in a big pile on the one side of the box. When I called they wanted to see the pizza, which was fine, but we were starving and wanted to eat now. No compensation or sorry for that matter, had to wait another 45 mins for another pizza to arrive. Very disappointed.

Asked for my 2L drink that they forgot when I received my order, called they said they’d fix it, they called me to confirm (I was confused by the question and didn’t know what he was asking, so I just said yes. To be fair that was on me) looked outside to see if anything was there nothing, called again and they said the driver said he did in fact deliver it, she suggested if it was stolen, that’s impossible because I watched him give only the food no drink. So now I’m here drinkless:(
