What a disgrace this place is. Absolutely no customer service at all. Delivery driver sent with non functional debit machine . An hour later they want me to pay for an hour old pizza. Not even a phone call, new pizza nothing! The 3.3 rating definitely reflects the restaurant.

The guy who picks up the call tells me to hold for a minute and after waiting for more than 3 mins nobody answers the call. Then again I disconnect and call back nobody picks up. What kind of service is this?
We were craving to have nice and quick evening snacks. So we drove to pizza hut for the 1st time on this location and ordered garlic cheese bread and salt n pepper chicken wings. I would say the garlic bread was nice and flavorful. However the chicken wings wasn't fresh at all, as it was dry, oily and little chewy, They could make it better. Overall experience was average..

My grandfather is Diabetic he was having an emergency we needed a washroom! The guy said Customers only! I said okay I’ll buy anything so once ordered the cashier says oh the bathroom was out of order!! REALLY what a sleazy slime bag atleast say the bathroom was out of order instead of making us bow down basically beg and order food we didn’t want!! Rude especially in a medical emergency just unlock the door!!

We ordered 2 extra large pizzas one ham and pineapple and 1 pepperoni, if these extra larges get any smaller you're gonna have to call them small. There was barely any tomato sauce on the pizzas And they were incredibly dry . For $75 I expected way more than that and then on top of that I get charged a $1.50 for a debit fee???? I know times are tough, but seriously come on people really??

Bad service, I asked for my order and they arrived very late and the person who was doing the delivery was very rude yelling at my job, very disappointed with pizza hut of 8th street, Saskatoon, I went to complain and they told me that the manager He was not in the store and the cook was a very rude person! What a disappointment of staff!
