Not consistent, sometimes good, sometimes not, burned pizza crust several times has turned me off.

Looked at menu online. Deal for 2 large 36.99. called in to order guy has no idea what I'm talking about, I ask about deals, says they have buy one get one free. Say ok, 2 pizzas please.... That's 58.99...... what about the buy one get one? What deal? .... You're crazy if you're paying $60 for two pizzas. Get your service correct.

First time ordering from the 115th street location. Ordered an all dressed. Fantastic. Lots of toppings and the crust was cooked perfectly. They have a very robust menu. I ordered online through their web site and was very easy to go through. Staff were attentive. Manager even brought our Pizza out to our vehicle when it was ready. Absolutely recommend this location.

Ordered a gluten free pizza. Wasn’t great. Skimpy on toppings ordered and pizza was overcooked. Had ordered one before and was pretty good. This time not so much. Ordered extra cheese, wonder where that was.

Ordered two pizzas, 1x bacon chicken ranch and 1x Swashbuckler. Reheated leftovers for lunch today, first bite out comes what you see below. Appears to be burnt/cooked clump of hair inside the pizza. Pretty disgusted and will not be ordering from here again.
rotten, the pizza arrived smelling like the worse rotten cheese you could imagine it stank so much no one could eat it and it all got tossed out. skip refunded 50% but i still lost 50% and had to pay for new food elsewhere.

ordered from the one on 22nd Street. ordered a pepperoni pineapple with extra sauce and the garlic bones. We were disappointed with both items. Since the last time that we ordered from there. the amount of the toppings on Pizza is very very skimpy as to what it used to be. The extra sauce?? I'm even wondering where the sauce was! The cheese is like a thin layer of plastic. These guys used to be known for their ooey gooey loads of cheese on their Pizza, huge disappointment. This is our first time having the garlic bone / fingers and they add cayenne pepper or chili flakes or something on the pepper side, terrible! Where's the garlic? The cheese is like chewing plastic. Big disappointment! The crust / dough has been changed . It's the cross between a cracker and a dough. We frequented this place, because it is one of the few places that actually have an "oven baked" pizza and not a conveyor like belt oven.
