Food is excellent but customer service not so much.Absolutely infuriating.

Ordered a "Goats on a roof" wrap. There was zero cranberries, zero roasted almonds, if you looked hard enough, there was some onion and then it was soaked in balsamic vinegar! Never will I go back!

I never leave a one star review but the drinks were warm. I couldn’t eat my sandwich because they made the wrong one and when I told the person working he said he would make me another and I sat there waiting for a new one while he sat there eating with his head phones.

First time customer. I called and ordered 30 minutes prior to pick up. Food was not ready when I arrived ? No spinach for the Goats on the Roof salad ?? Spinach is the main ingredient. Ordered Fuzzy peach smoothie. Not available. ???Food was good. But expensive. $56 for 3 sandwiches, salad and a smoothie. ????

Placed an order two hours prior to pick up. When I arrive, the food was not ready and had to wait an extra 20 minutes which cut into my work break. I noticed that the salad I ordered was incorrect, when brought up I was told it would take an additional 10 minutes to be prepared which I did not have the time to wait for. When I went to eat the food, I noticed the drinks were also missing. The sauce on the sandwiches were dripping out the whole time we ate them.

The food is amazing and really very health. I personally am a diet conscious person so pressd sandwiches are like a treat for me and i highly recommend the cubano and the smoothies are just hands down amazing. Overall 10/10

They couldn’t print off a receipt when I paid 200 dollars for a business expense. “Too bad our machine is down”No level of trying to come up with a solution.

Usually the sandwiches are very good. Today however I feel it was rushed. I only work a go up Le if minutes from this location. I watched as mine was made. It was maybe in the press for 5 seconds. Got to work. Bread wasn’t even slightly toasted or pressed. Cold and sloppy. To pay what I did was very disappointing. Probably my last time there. I gave it 2 stars. It could have been worse.

Was so slow - if you are not grabbing something for lunch maybe ok but definitely not a good place to stop for a quick lunch!!

The Cubano sandwich is virtually inedible. Pulled pork is way too fatty and the bread is barely toasted. Skip this one.
