This is a take out only restaurant. So there us no atmosphere to consider. Most of the waiting room area is stock. The food itself was excellent. Very good really. The exception is the egg rolls. They are just more dough than anything. The vietnamese rolls were excellent though.

If I could give zero stars I would. We ordered chicken wings, they were twice the size because of the batter. The meat was also old and dry. We also got lemon chicken, first two bites didn't have any chicken, it was completely batter. The chow mein was over cooked/swelled and had zero taste. The ginger pork was extremely goopy and chewy.If you like old or expired ingredients and like it over cooked or bland this is the place for you.(We did go and speak with the manager and he said we were out of luck and went back to the kitchen)

Place used to be good before covid. They changed the noodles which sucks and all the bad reviews they've been getting recently. Will probably never eat here again. On the other had the Bourban wok in the midtown is 5 stars highly recommend!

Just got this less than an hour go and it's dried to garbage.. very minimal amount of dry ribs and chicken balls. Also cold and had to re vamp the whole meal! Super upset as didn't want to cook tonight but had to anyway to fix the mess you gave me. Never coming back.

The beef soup I ordered delivery was very bland and they didn’t separate the noodles from the broth so it arrived very mushy and little broth. Not to mention it took 1.5 hrs to arrive after ordering. The wonton soup had about 2 vegetables and 5 slimy/mushy wontons in it. We didn’t even eat it. They didn’t offer anything to correct it. Do not order these guys on skip the dishes. You will regret it.

Ordered delivery at work and it took over an hour for it to arrive. I ordered a rice dish and it was very soggy. The rice was overcooked and mushy and the chicken and veggies were very greasy. I also ordered chicken balls and they were rock solid.

Ordered tonight the dinner for 5 with Shanghai noodles added on. The food was great, but we were missing the spring rolls in the order. I called the restaurant as soon as we realized the item was missing, only to be accused of lying because they swore over and over that they put them in and it was our mistake and were told they needed to talk to driver after arguing with me that they for sure sent everything and they would call me back in a few minutes... half an hour later we had to call back again and it took over a 10 minute phone call for them to agree to give a credit or do anything for us. When you spend $90 plus tip on food you expect it to all be there. Was happy they eventually did something to fix the mistake but likely won't reorder from them because of this which is too bad as it used to be our go to place.
