Very poor experience with this restaurant. They lost my order and even though I showed proof of payment they would not reimburse me. They also have not responded to my emails asking for assistance.

The last 3 times i pre ordered pizza here, i had to wait an hour, 45 minutes, and 20 minutes, respectively from when they said it would be ready. im not going to pick up any pizza from here till they phone and say it is done and in their hands. They always say 5 more minutes and u wait and wait. its unacceptable. im buying pizza because i don't have time to make a meal, so i certainly don't have time to sit and wait.
A friend of mine worked at the Stonebridge location of Red Swan Pizza. The owner has a tendency to dismiss employees for minor mistakes without listening. Staff is rude, and there are reported instances of unpaid hours. Prospective employees should be aware of these issues before considering a position at this pizza store.

Last time I eat here...pizza was undercooked and raw. Time before pizza to be rdy in 15min come back told oh we didn't have crust u wanted so had to reorder. No sorry. Staff does not have any skill with customer.

I Personally appreciate the staff members and manager who are working very hard to complete their orders in timely manner even it’s day or night. Doesn’t matter if it’s busy they make the pizza correctly by quantity and quality and they very delicious and mouthwatering ?Highly recommended

So I ordered a personal pizza from store , when I went to pickup order they misplaced the pizza. I just wanna tell the staff to be careful when giving the order, check order or add name tag on pizza. This not the first time, please be responsible…..
