Staff is plenty friendly, food has good flavours just poor execution, sounds like kids are working in the back you can hear them chatting about their lives from the other side of the restaurant. Had the pizza + salad lunch, first pizza I had to send back cause you couldn't even pick up a slice without everything falling off. I like thin crust pizza but this is like paper thin in the middle, so just poor execution honestly. They said they will be starting to make their own dough in house so I'd probably try it again, but like I said good flavours but poor preparation.

My partner and I had the Pasta a la Norma and the Ribs. The pasta was cooked fine but uninspiring. It was mostly just noodles and tomato sauce with little in the way of eggplant cheese etc. The garlic bread wasn't particularly good. The Ribs, however, were much nicer. They were tender and had a nice sauce. After spending roughly 30$ per person we both went home and immediately ate another meal. Overall, we found the food generally well cooked, the ambience is nice and the service was excellent. With a better portions and a bit more exciting execution for some of the simpler dishes (the a la Norma for example) I think this could be a winner.Dietary restrictions: GF options available for a host of main dishes

Had reserved in open table asked for the table in.liunge area closet to television we arrived to see table taken. Ended up at furthest table from where we wanted. Then a large group came and were seated beside us with loud children (reason we wanted booth we requested) one person ordered French dip no onions came with sparingly onions on it. Staf made.every.excusw from possible mixed plates with other person who also ordered French dip but that person had onions on theirs to they originally had made it with onions but quality control caught it and made na new one until we showed her the onions which were in French dip. They all apologized and did not charge for that French dip as well as offering to make a new one which would have taken longer. Front end staff need to READ RESERVATIONS REQUESTS.

My girlfriend really enjoyed the steak medium rare she said it was perfect to her liking. All the food was good. However when I got there they could not find my reservation for about 5-10 minutes then we were seated and accommodation I had booked for were honoured.

Just had the worst meal experience of my life. Baby back ribs were cold -fat -coated bones. Worst I could imagine. Tasted like they were previously frozen and defrosted. Wife had Asian noodle bowl. Chunks of fatty meat covering a bowl of cold , worm-textured noodles. My ceaser was watered down clammato with a straw. Woman I the table next to us was going in about labour and delivery details that nearly made me vomit. 100 dollars later..... We went to carvers and tried to salvage a long-awaited night away from the kids. Don't make the same wrong turn we did. It reminded me of a really bad Dennys.

The waitress at the front said they had given the table that was reserved for us away to another couple. Then had to seat us at another table. So from the get go it wasn't a positive start. The meal and server was great. For sure would go back.

Was our first time dining here. We loved the atmosphere, (wish the lights would have been a bit dimmer) and we thought the food was amazing! The only thing we didn't like is it took our waitress approx 10 minutes to ask us if we wanted drinks and it wasn't even that busy at the time we went. It also took close to an hour from the time we arrived to receive our food.

Portions compared to prices are less. May be big hotel syndrome. Had no meat salad and french fries. Taste wise superb.Burgers comes with fries so better option or go for Pizza.Not much options for vegetarian people.Little costly but tastes good.

Was expecting a Christmas special, there was nothing other then the lunch menu, had to take napkins off the adjacent table as there were none at our table, constantly reminding waiter for service

I booked a party of six for 5:30 PM. No one took our drink order for 30 minutes and we had to flag somebody down. The restaurant seemed unorganized. Once our order was placed, the food came out and it was very good.
