Sparrow is an okay cafe. I don't like their espresso and find their barista's lacking in skill. But, the bakery items are delightful and the atmosphere is lovely.

I usually like going to Sparrow but unfortunately the last few times my coffee has been lukewarm at best and the other day I got a chicken wrap that was mostly lettuce and not much chicken. For the price I was paying more chicken would have been nice. Unfortunately I also ended up with food poisoning and was sick most of that evening and into the night.

Best cheese scone I’ve ever had! The eggs Benedict is fantastic as well. Coffee is decent. I had a latte. Staff weren’t overly friendly but overall enjoyed my experience as a first time customer. Nice atmosphere. Will go back.

The tea was perfectly brewed, and the egg benny was cooked well. Unfortunately, they added some mustard to it, which was not on the menu, and I would’ve preferred it without that additional flavor. Still good.

I’ve been here a handful of times to meet with friends and family. It’s a super cute cafe! The drinks are delicious, the food was delicious, I ordered the breakfast bowel and Matcha Latte!
Great friendly service; just a day to maybe wear your toque and mitts inside....felt like it was about 12 Celsius inside. Ha

Went there for the first time this past weekend and it was lovely. From the atmosphere, full of natural light, greenery and floor to ceiling book cases, to the food. Reasonably priced, large variety on the menu and baked goods, as well as friendly service.

Beautiful spread of sweet and savory baked goods available in this bright and cozy space. They should put prices on the goods for sale. Some folks don’t feel comfortable or don’t have time to ask about the price for each individual item. For all but the extremely privileged, prices matter when making purchase decisions. Coffee was great but this ‘rich people only’ vibe was off-putting.
