Ordered from an hotel with Uber eats, ask for ustensile; no ustensile, barely any steaks in the pho, rotten bean sprout, fresh rolls that toast like cardboard I would definitely never order again not recommend this resto.

Ordered takeout, it was awful. Worst food I’ve had in awhile for takeout.We had the spring rolls which tasted like they were fried in the oldest oil. The curry soup was the worst I’ve had and I love curry. The ginger beef was mediocre, very small portion. And the birds nest wasn’t great either. Not sure where all the good reviews come from. Maybe a bad day for them ??♀️

Worst experience in years.Absolutely frustrating when I have been supporting your restaurant for years and I ordered for pick up and when I got home received the wrong items and the girl on the phone tried to argue with me saying that’s what I ordered when I have had the item many times from here.A simple apology would’ve been nice, but she was so rude.

I understand this is a Vietnamese inspired kitchen, so a Thai dish here will have its adaptations. That being said, the Pad Thai was a noodle, frozen mixed veg, bean sprouts with chicken and shrimp and a sprinkle of dry nuts on top.No flavour, dry, and the chicken was expired.Where's the inspiration? Where's the flavour?Owner refunded the dishes and tip.

Below average quality food here. Some of it was ok and some of it was kinda gross. I ordered about 4 different during my visit.
Wanted to try a new place because my regular place down the road has become so rundown and grubby I can't do it anymore. Came in, got waved to a table (and it was not very busy) then I got left by myself for a about 5 minutes without any server coming to the table so I just left. When is no review a review?

This used to be one of my favourite Vietnamese spots and unfortunately the food quality has greatly decreased for some reason. Service was still good, and the house special noodle bowl was decent, but it's definitely not the same, and not nearly as good as it used to be. The spring rolls were burnt. The salad rolls and peanut sauce were not great at all. Pad Thai was mediocre at best. Sadly, I don't think I will return.

It's not authentic Vietnamese restaurant, the taste is quite opposite in every single dishes compare to what I used to eat in Vietnam. If you ever visited to Vietnam, you will even give this restaurant minus 5 star. so disappointed. I hope the restaurant can change based on previous reviews, ask customers how they feel about your food to improve the restaurant's quality.
