Top notch place! A beautiful, well - curated menu, and an interesting drink menu. We were very impressed with our appy- fresh buns with lemon butter. My tourtiere sat on a gently curried banana puree. I had a delicious non- alcoholic punch that was tangy and fresh. Our server was attentive, but not overly so. This place is an absolute gem.

The service was very professional mixed with a side of chatty. Our server was attentive and quick to clean the plates when they were finished. The food was delicious. There is no other need for adjectives. It was that good. The prices were high but to be honest everything is in today's economy. Over all we would happily come back and would highly recommend St Tropez Bistro. On a side note they had a wine pairing for our four course meal. I would highly recommend this. It was a fantastic way to take the stress out of trying to do this myself. Everything was paired perfectly .

We often enjoy St. Tropez and were excited to go for their Valentine menu. We were pleased to see the adoption of hospitality in. However, when we arrived we realized we had not order the wine pairing and needed to pay for that at the end of our meal. When I questioned the cost of the bill, was much higher than it should have been. I was told that it included the tip and taxes. However, the tip option still came up when I paid. I asked the server and was told it came up in case I wanted to tip even more. I was literally asked if I wanted to tip 15-25% of the taxes and tip I had ALREADY paid. It was very disappointing. We had two very nice courses to our meal the soup was lovely. We enjoyed the pairing but were surprised the sommelier never came by. When spending upwards of $400 for a 2 hour meal we would expect a little more. For example taking my coat is expected not pointing to the coat rack and being told I could hang my coat over there.

Hidden gem in Saskatoon - I tend to forget how good this place it!We had the crispy tofu for an appetizers and the bison short ribs and gnocchi for main course. All was delicious!

Contemporary and inviting atmosphere. Our sever seemed new but she was enthusiastic and helpful. Drinks were phenomenal and the wine selection was also excellent. Appetizers were good. The walleye croquet was the best dish of the meal. The beautiful flavour of the bison carpaccio was masked by the strong flavour of the off the shelf crackers. Gnocchi was flavourful and well balanced but the texture was slightly tough. The short ribs were cooked beautifully and were a very nice sized portion. The vegetables were great but the potato was a little simple for the way everything else was elevated. The dill was a really nice inclusion however. The posset has very good flavour.

This was my first experience at this wonderful restaurant. The staff and owner were fantastic and we enjoyed learning about the history of St. Tropez Bistro from them almost as much as the food itself. I would highly recommend to anyone who enjoys great food and an overall great experience.

came here for a three course meal and some drinks with my boyfriend. such a lovely little place! great service and even more delicious food. easily my favourite meal i’ve ever had at a restaurant. the tourtiere was top notch, and the lime and thyme sorbet was deliciouuuussss. such a cozy and romantic environment. very friendly staff. will definitely be back!! was only about $200 for a three course meal and a drink or two for two people. simply lovely. definitely make a reservation. place is tiny but that’s what makes it so cozy and private feeling.Dietary restrictions: i have quite a few dietary restrictions and st tropez was very accommodating. they recommend calling in advance about dietary restrictions. please do!

This is such a well hidden gem in the city. The atmosphere is so quaint and intimate, and the food and service simply outstanding. This would be a fantastic date night spot, or I would even book the private room for a special occasion. Really amazing place and very impressive experience and food for the cost. Highly recommend and will definitely be back!!!!
Honestly everything was delicious. I would highly recommend having a few appies, and for an entrée --- pick something you wouldn't necessarily prepare at home for yourself. But you absolutely cannot go wrong with the bison.

Cozy and quiet ambience in the restaurant! Really gives off that great date night vibe. Overall menu is great, I had the crispy tofu and bison for entree. All the ingredients complements the main component of the dish. Highly recommended for date nights, unique menu as well. They have alcohol-free drink menu as well which is a nice touch.

I love the fact that , despite the room being almost full, you could easily hear each other. So many restaurants are noisy and have music blaring. This is a welcoming, comfortable, pleasant environment.
