Lovely Starbucks in Stonebridge with lots of students studying as well as people visiting with friends. It has nice outside seatings in summer as well.

Very bad service. Worker yelled at me for grabbing a straw. In most places and in Alberta you grab it on your own, so I didn’t know. She was rude. Drink also tasted odd. Do better.

The great service you’d expect from a Starbucks! Had a wonderful visit with a friend while I was visiting from out of town.

Waited 17 minutes for a latte and it was scolded and not foamed properly. I was a partner once too and this is not how the drinks or the store should be ran and managed.

It was BUSY. I’ve never seen staff move so fast to make drinks. Incredible coordination and teamwork. Tasty and hot macchiato too.Incidentally I’m so sorry the baristas have to deal with the absolute morons who don’t understand the concept of mobile order queues and yell at staff as though that will speed up the process. If you’re that bored waiting for your coffee use that little computer in your hand and play Tetris or something idk

Not the most welcoming staff I’ve encountered at a Starbucks. Wasn’t greeted and when I finally was invited to order I felt like I was interrupting the staff from tending to other tasks.

This Starbucks location is my #1 go-to location. Whether it is going thru the drive thru with my dogs to get a puppicino, or studying at the tables for university. The staff is great & I always roll the back window down so that they can see how excited my dogs get waiting for their whipped cream treat (and me my iced coffee lol). The points system is great especially if you do the weekly challenges. The coffee & pup cups is one thing, but what really keeps me coming back is how great Starbucks staff are. Their customer service is 100.Kid-friendliness: After years of being a Starbucks fanatic, I JUST found out that you can order a children’s size lemonade for like $2!Or you can just get them a pup cup ? ?Parking: Huge parking lot shared with a couple other restaurants.Dietary restrictions: They have so many dairy free options to add to your coffee! My fave is oat milk

Love the place, but DESPERATELY needs a vestibule because every time I go, a burst of cold air rushes in whenever someone opens the door (which happens a lot). It's gets so cold that I literally came here to write this review for this particular reason. Wouldn't be an issue if it weren't in a city that has 80% winter conditions. Seating could also be rearranged to be more optimal imo.
