I ordered a to go coffee from another Starbucks and then headed for 8th st mall. By the time I got to 8th street my coffee was leaking everywhere (faulty cup) so I popped into this location in indigo hoping they would just give me a new cup to slip mine into. Instead they made me a whole new drink! Made my day. Wonderful service!

I'd give the atmosphere a 3.5 if it was available. It is no lnger a space to enjoy a quiet chat and coffee with friends unless your prepared to raise your voice over the music and the other raised voices.

The best spot to have a cup of coffee near a bookstore.Enjoy your time with books, have leisure time chatting with friends, good atmosphere location for a polite business meeting, those are what Starbucks here could satisfy.I like the spot where I could enjoy a cup of drink, also going shopping or meeting someone.A nice and clean store

Just had a fantastic experience! Didn't get name of employee but she is working 9:50am today and I hope she sees this. Interactive, engaging, cheerful. Best way to start the day. Top it off with an encounter with a very friendly co-customer in line, a PSL and egg bites and it doesn't get any better!!!

Love the drinks here, but do not love Carol. Called their location, to ask a simple question on if they had a specific cup in stock, and was responded with "you can come in and check". I will be going out of my way to avoid this location, as its not the first rude encounter I've had. Save yourself the stress and go further up the street to the other 8th street location.
