Recently noticed that the prices at this location are higher compared to others in the city. Went to a different Subway downtown, and it was clear that the Idylwyld one charges upwards of a dollar more on all of their items. It's not like this is in a remote spot either, it's smack-dab on a major street. Seems a little fishy, along with their apprehension for accepting coupons. I won't be bothering with this particular one again.

The staff are really rude. Don't waste your time at this location. They wouldn't take a coupon so we decided to leave and the guy was almost yelling at us telling us they don't accept them because no one told them. So they know they are legit coupons but because they are upset like a 5 year old they throw a fit at the customer. Complete disrespect from the staff.

I would give 0 stars if I could. I went into this Subway location pretty recently with my partner and the sanitation was well below what it should have been. There were fruit flies and other bugs flying around and crawling all over the meat and vegetables. We ended up just leaving and not taking or paying for our order because of how disappointed we were by the glaring issues with sanitation.As a food service worker myself I advise everyone to stay away from this location until the insect problem is dealt with properly. The sanitation procedures obviously aren't being followed and I can't say that I trust that the ingredients are even fresh.

Saleh is honestly one of the most down to earth people I have ever had the pleasure of meeting! My husband and I frequent this location every few days for his company and how he prepares our food!! 10/10 service and an amazing person.
We stopped in here while moving and it was a great store. The staff were awesome,friendly and kind and we enjoyed our meal eat in. Thanks

Are able to use “discretion” to accept coupons including each employee can choose to not accept them. No consistency. No signage on the door or at the order window stating they may not take your coupons. Also $12 for the same sandwich purchased at a different earlier in this month for $9. According to corporate this is completely ok. Not good customer service in my opinion.

This afternoon I went to this location to grab a quick rice bowl from them. I would say the customer service was good, however the rice wasn't fresh at all. I spent 17 bucks for the food and what I get in return is just a half a scoop of rice and same for the meat. It was like I was eating a Ceasar salad.. where is the rice?? Where is the meat ?? I have been eating rice bowl from them since decades. This time I got disappointed..
