Quick hop from campus. Don't use the bathroom if you can help it. I don't know if the owner turned off the water to the toilet or some kids were screwing around but there was a nasty piss soup going on. Grab a sub and go.

Visited today and had an unfortunate experience with the employee. It started with my asking if I could get three kinds of meats. She said “no”. The bread was stale, and bacon burnt. The employee was also rude throughout the interaction.

They need to staff better, there is only one employee working, and this place is BUSY. This poor girl has been left all alone with too much to do. Very poor scheduling/management, their employees deserve better than this

I ordered two large orders from this location within a week and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The food was great. Thanks for everything!Vegetarian options: Some people ordered veggie delight sandwiches.Dietary restrictions: They were very helpful with providing me the ingredients list for vegan and gluten free options. We also asked that some sandwiches not come into contact with pork or beef.

They should train their employees better.As usual, i went there on my Friday lunch break. I watched the only person working take 15 minutes to make 2 sandwiches for the guy in front of me. (He had ordered on the Subway app.) But the "sandwich artist" didn't prepare it ahead of time because she didn't know how to access the online orders.This made me realize that my order (also placed on the Subway app) wasn't ready. I had already lost 20 minutes, and I had to go back to work. I asked to cancel my order and get a refund, seeing that I didn't have enough time remaining for my break.Well, this also was a problem for her. She proceeded to call someone, and that person asked her to convince me not to cancel my order. She and the person on the phone didn't want to understand that I didn't even have time to eat.Horrible experience. I won't be going back.Parking: Absolutely zero parking available for the restaurant. There's only a 10-minute "unloading zone" in front of the restaurant. Otherwise, be ready for a walk.

Many things about the store:1. On the name of cost cutting they don’t put enough amount of meat and vegetables as per the suggested recipe. For example, today sandwich artist put three scoop of tuna instead of four scoop on a foot long sandwich. This didn’t happen first time. Looks like the owner is telling the employees to do that. If your staff is mainly India origin then atleast tell them to start loving what they are doing atleast for now and do better customer service.2. Don’t be rude to customers and don’t think that customers don’t understand your mother tongue. Your employees shouldn’t gossip or comment cheap on the customers for their own entertainment. Many people know Punjabi and Gujarati and they are shocked to hear such words about them. Guys you already know what I’m talking here.3. Again amount of vegetables and meat. Serve atleast what customer is paying for. You aren’t gonna be millionaire by cheap cost cutting. Better try to increase your sale by catering better customer service.4. Canadians are very nice and they don’t speak when you guys do such worst customer service. What they do is stop coming to your store. Better stop all such unusual tricks and leave it back home. This is Canada and be like Canadian.5. Don’t have time now rest I’ll update when I’ll come to buy another sandwich at your store. Every time I buy something at your store I get angry and it prompts me to write a review. People told me not to write the review but I realized someone has to speak the truth.
