Can you please give the customers a good service at night time.Today I bought 2 veggie subway from 8th street through drive through.The boy that served us didnt added cheese and there was no sauce in the sub and it was not properly made .And it tested good.I also have pictures of the sub.

Just educate your staff. We went today there for lunch and my wife would to use washroom and we ask the key even we were line up to order food, the guy said it’s only for customers WHAT DO THEY THINK WE HAVE A FREE TIME AND JUST LINE FOR USE

PASSED THE PICKLE TEST!I'll be honest, I thought I wasn't going to be writing that they passed. I took the photo BEFORE the discovery of my singular pickle! The pickle was discovered in the second half of the 12-inch sandwich. At the very end. I am satisfied. 10/10 would recommend!

You can barely expect the staff to not make a face and be okay with your customisations. I always tell in advance if I want the sandwich grilled and I just do not get the best facial expressions. I wish I could order what I wanted and not be judged or felt guilty about it.

They lock the bathrooms, and make you get a key. So you can’t wash your hands until you go up to the counter and ask. Then they make you wait 10 minutes for someone to come from the back despite trying to get their attention. Employees all sighed every time my kids asked for something on their sandwich. Den of cold-faced, grumpy fools at this place. If I’m paying $12 for my kid to have a loaf of bread with a cucumber on it, you could at least smile when you throw it at us.

I am surprised to know that Subway started limitations on sausage as per employee there is only 3 sauces allowed with one line of each. How it could be sufficient for foot long. My sub was totally dry. I don't know it's Subway policy or it's store policy or it's employee policy. But it's very very pathetic.....Not recommended 8th st east Subway store.Go to other locations they have better service.

Even though you gone a pay for what you gone buy.. So racist...Question is does subway management care about Customer service....

Sandwiches were great, staff were great, but the counters, tables, and trays were all dirty. The tray they gave us at the till had sauce and vegetables from the last person still on it.
All the workers try to make it the best food and atmosphere's best they can!

Came here for the convenience of the drive through. Very very slow and they were not busy??? Was not convenient at all. And they don't allow you use the Subway app to collect Subway points in the drive through. Where is the monitoring for compliance to corporate standards?

*** 10/28/23 ***Was tryna give them the benefit of the doubt but once again, I was sick after eating at this location! I will NEVER eat Subway again.. my spouse said the same. Idk maybe it's just cold cuts or some of the vegetables but me & my spouse both got completely different subs so whatever was in my sub got me sick.3 years ago __Just had the worst 24 hours of my life.. subway was the last thing I ate. Ordered from here around 730-8pm yesterday and by the time I got home around 10 I was sick! Thanks for the food poisoning and the reason I won't choose subway anymore.

Ordered a tuna sub, using a coupon, went home and realized it's pepperoni. I'm a Muslim so I can't even eat the sub. Very poor
