The person working wasn’t listening at all to our orders. We got the stampede brisket add bacon, and she toasted the brisket alone rolled up & then unrolled it, added bacon and cheese, and toasted it again. I specified i was paying for my order, and he was paying for his, and i still ended up paying for both. I understand i could have said it was incorrect and i was only paying for my own, but i didnt want to come across rude while demanding not to pay for the other meal.

I've had gluten free sub at many different Subways while travelling, and they are usually good, but this time at this location, was horrible! Very dry....had to remove the top bun to make it edible....was still very dry.Dietary restrictions: The gluten free bun here is inedible.

Would not except valid coupons something not right here.
Not worth a return visit. I was disappointed with this location on Thatcher Ave in Saskatoon. Found that my sub sandwich was very short on vegetables when I had requested extras.My son found a black hair in his sub and brought it back. Nothing turns me off quicker than bad personal hygiene and hair in my food. Instead of skip the dishes, skip this subway and find another location.**Post update- Received an email from the manager of this subway apologizing on the behalf of the staff and for the hair in the sandwich. Nothing was said about the food quality or lack thereof. Was told a coupon for a discounted or free sub was in the mail. It’s been over a 3 months and nothing has arrived. In my opinion this is a subway that doesn’t live up to its slogan of “ eat fresh”

Very disappointed today that I was told that my voucher was fraudulent, this is NOT the case, I purchased a book of coupons from the Saskatoon Food Bank and this was one of the coupons in the book. Others should be aware before they make the trip to Subway at Thatcher Avenue that they are not supporting it, even though their address is clearly written on the coupon.
