I recently visited the Cave restaurant and I liked the interior very much. Unfortunately, no one welcomed us. Front counter stuff was very rude and didn’t even talk to us. Somehow, we managed to get a table but the server was also rude and ignorant. I wanted a glass of water without ice but the server bought boiled water for me. That’s really insulting and disgusting.We went there for good service and food. Unfortunately, stuff service was very disappointing for us. In fact, during payments, I was supposed to get returned $15, but the lady was asking me if I want the change or not. She shouldn’t ask me that, I can give tell whether she can keep the change or not. They can’t just force us for tip. Overall, Front two lady and servers were rude and it was depressing for all of us. Hopefully, you will keep people who can greet people with smile atleast.

My girlfriend and I came for dinner tonight at around 8:30 and the welcoming was not very pleasant. The hostess was joking around with someone behind the desk, then when she turned to greet me she gave me a very rude look when all I was doing was asking for a table. As a guest, I should feel welcome, not the opposite. However, our server, Jayden, was excellent. We received awesome service from her and she was very friendly. We would love to have her again. Apart from the welcoming, everything else was good. The stuffed mushrooms are amazing, I highly recommend.

Wow! I held my boyfriend’s 40th birthday party here and can’t say enough about how wonderful it was! The owner, George, was fantastic beginning to end. From helping me plan, to set-up the day off, to delivering amazing food and service during the event. He and his staff truly made this a wonderful experience. The prices were beyond reasonable as well.Thank you to George and all the staff at the Cave!

Dirty cups, dirty silver ware...The Rudest server I have ever encountered in hospitality, cut me off when asking for a drink with my meal.We were so excited for a new unique experience however the first 5 minute ruined the whole meal.

A big cockroach climbed on the wall very close to our table, thankfully our order was eventually free but we couldn't sit their any longer

If you only ever visited here once in 1999 and were now back in town for another try at The Cave, you would be delighted to find the exact same experience as before. Consistency is what The Cave does best, even when it's not what one might consider as "fine dining". The food is decent, the ambience great, and the staff does their best to provide the service that patrons expect. I think 4 stars is an apt way to sum this place up.

A cockroach ran across our table before the food was served. The server seemed unbothered and still brought us our food as if we had any interest in eating there still. It took over 2 hours to get our food and it was underwhelming.
