Very welcoming staff !! Had Masala and Chutney Masala dosa it was good but could be better and the prices are bit too high comparatively. Honest opinion is 3.8 stars but just because of the fact that their owner was really nice!! I think the taste can be improved!! It was my very first experience the lady she was very good at listening and approaching in calm way and we got the exact food what we wanted on spice level. Most recommend dish on my behalf is samosa chat and masala bun must must try and also if you are an indian don’t forget to get masala chai with full of cardamom.

Worst Indian food I ever had after coming to Canada I ordered chole bhature, chicken biriyani and hakka noodles and all of them was a total disaster. Each and every thing was drenched in oil food looks to be old and tastes odd. Bhature was sour and soggy , biriyani was flavourless and chicken wasn't properly cooked and noodles still had water in it I had to throw it away after spending $50. I have seen the owners reply for other bad reviews that is pretty disrespectful and I ordered takeout and I didn't had any other conversations . I hope there is nothing to blame on me for her I didn't mentioned the waiting time or anything just the food only. And I don't recommend this restaurant for anyone.

Urban spice restaurant thought to be a wonderful place for my family to dine but it was not the good experience at all. I went with with my family yesterday to have dinner, ordered tandoori chicken tikka for starter and chicken curry and butter naan for main course.They took more that one hour to serve the meal, really poor service. Chicken tikka was not as good as they advertised about the taste, it was hard to chew. If I talk about main course chicken curry was again not good chicken was hard to chew, spices used in it weren't upto mark, butter wasn't there on butter naan and naan were also hard to chew for us all.It wasn't a good experience at all will never go again to this place at all.Very slow servicePoor taste of the foodAmbiance wasn't good.⭐ one star only
