Came in from out of town and wanted to try some pasta. Mistake on my end as they messed up my order. I ordered a lasagna for me and fettuccine alfredo for my kids. We got three lasagnas and it would be too late to get them to fix it. The lasagna was very soupy and not that good. Fettuccine might be good but I'll never know. Other food might be good but I don't recommend the lasagna

We ordered mushroom chicken fettuccine that was drowning in water, and had no flavour whatsoever, and also two for one burgers that were very blind as well. Minimal toppings. Huge chunks of onions. Calamari was meh. lol spent 70 dollars tip included … was NOT worth it …

My little cousin, who is 7 years old, was eating their pizza and he found a dead cockroach that was inside the pizza slice he was eating! The guy in the front desk was nice about it and gave us a full refund. But that is just nasty. Beware of getting your food from here.

Completely unhelpful. My credit card was stolen November 13 and over $100 was used by the thieves at 11:27PM November 13 at this store. I’ve spent the past 2 days with manager dodging my calls or when I went into store, as per police’s suggestion, to see if security footage of the night in question was available. I’ve tried to follow up numerous times without response or blocking attempts just to know IF they have any security footage that might’ve caught the thief.I question if the place is homophobic against trans/queer people with the complete lack of help even to the question ‘is there any CCTV footage that could’ve caught this person in question’ and offering of giving my case number etc. Or if employees/manager were complicit with the fraud considering how much easier anywhere else I’ve gone to has been to get info from places my card was used fraudulently, including 7-11, a corporate store.

Ordered the dry ribs to go on June 17/23 & was satisfied with my order & got the free 2L Pepsi for pickup too. For 16 bucks I would recommend it & came with too side dips as well.

My son and I always pick up their 2 for 1 burgers, you get lots of fries, awesome burgers, and the free 2L is awesome too! Service is always great, people are always friendly and have a smile ready for you when you enter!Parking: There is always a spot available to park!
Ordered pizza to our hotel room. Asked for plates and cutlery. Pizza arrived with nothing else. Pizza was cold and the toppings were unrecognizable and definitely not what we ordered. Totally disappointed. Won't order from Venice House ever again.

Ordered the XL Pizza special from their website that was 3-topping with a 2L Pepsi. Delivery was in their timeframe of 45 - 55 minutes, but they forgot the pop and they overcharged us by $2. The pizza was hot, but undercooked. We actually had to throw it in the oven for 10 minutes so it was fully cooked through. Taste was decent and lots of toppings.
