I ordered from Venice House this evening. Order said it would be around 45 mins. After wishing an hour and a half the food still said it was another 30 mins. I had to fight with them to give me a refund because the wait time was ridiculous. Needless to say I will not be ordering from them

Pizzas were ordered via phone from 8th St location for delivery, arrived a few minutes early. Driver was courteous.Pizzas had very thin toppings. We've had better with frozen pizzas from the grocery store. Won't patronize this business again.

Used to be good until recently (spring 2023) but clearly the new owners haven’t a clue how to cook or deliver a pizza took over an hour last week and came almost cold. Won’t be back until under new management…. Again….

Pizza was delicious, but ordered a side of banana peppers and got a tiny side of jalapeños. Was told would take an hour for our pizza and was an hour and 30 min. Looked like our pizza was sat on, cheese was stuck to roof of the box.
