The pretzels are as close to perfect as you can get, they have the exact right amount of salt, they're nice and crisp on the outside and soft and fluffy on the inside. The only bad thing I've had here was the frozen lemonade, but the fresh lemonade's great! Thank you Wetzel
The service was pretty good; quick and friendly.Unfortunately, our original pretzels were only slightly warm; and quite hard and chewy. It was nice, crispy and buttery on the outside, but the inside wasn’t great. It was too dense for my liking, and it took a lot of time and effort to chew it all up.It was a decent pretzel; but unfortunately, I don’t think it was very fresh.

These pretzels are amazing! They are perfectly prepared and always served up hot. I can’t decide if I like the salted butter or the cinnamon better!Kid-friendliness: Great for kids!
