Dirty place and most of the dishes are chipped and broken with food being served by the dumb robot ?Anyone could get trench mouth from the broken dishes. Had 5 dishes and all of them were broken.Portions are getting smaller and the menu is jacked up in price. Most expensive dim sum in the city.Won’t be returning. Was a regular for 10 yrs.Disgusting.

Absolutely TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! My family and I went there for the first time and we were very excited to try their food but instead it turned into a very upsetting and humiliating experience!! The owner and servers were VERY RUDE. We were assigned to a table by the window and we asked the server if we could move somewhere out of the sun and she said yes. Made the honest mistake of ordering from the code at the previous table and immediately after realizing, I politely explained how the mix up happened, and owner got mad and mouthed us off in front of everybody!! I kept telling him it was an honest mistake but he didn't listen and continued to yell at us for a while and embarrassed us. It was our first time coming there and didn't know how to order. Multiple times he said we don't know how to listen and I told him I don't want to argue and we just wanted our food. We were looking forward to trying it out but it became a frustrating and humiliating experience. I get that it was busy but that is no way to treat customers or anybody for that matter. ????

The robot server made the exerience unique. A sizable amount of food in the menu was not available which was disappointing. The food was pretty average compared to other dimsum places. Price was pretty average as well.

Decent dim sum, but not what it once was. Order through their app. Delivery was fast and accurate. The recipe for some items seems to have changed, but in general the food was good. Good enough I would go again.Understaffed so the staff only have time to do the bare minimum. We got our own takeout containers. And were not the only customers doing. Someone brought water at the end of the meal, but didn't ask everyone. We had a table in the middle of the room and it was loud enough that it was difficult to hold much of a conversation.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheel chair accessible. One handicap parking spot by the entrance. Manoeuvring a wheel chair when it is full might be difficult for some tables so we went early.

I and my partner came here for supper as we are staying at the nearby hotel (Townsuite Marriott Hotel). Their dimsum are really good.It is quite a surprise to see a robot serving the food.Based on our experience, their rice meals can be shared by two persons as it is a huge serving for us.

We ordered for the Second time through Skip the dishes.. I specify and I paid additional for the extra chili oil but there was none delivered. It is raining and i don’t want to go there that is why I ordered Online. There was no chili oil delivered but Siomai. How can i satisfy my cravings hey? I phoned the Manager and the Manager said they are too busy and will just refund the money and i should go there to get my money. wth. like i am not feeling well to go outside and he asked me to get the .75 cents refund due to missed out condiments. These people are just after the money and not customer service. Poor Management Skills + Delivery Service.

Delicious dim sum and fast take out service! Though seemed pricey. We ordered food for two adults and one toddler and it came to over $100. We only had enough leftovers for a small snack.

Food is good but I had it delivered for the first time today and this sarcastic and rude delivery guy knocked pretty hard on our door. When I opened to get our order, he was asking me "Do you know where our restaurant is?" So I answered yes coz I've been there a couple of times before. To which he followed with an angry "It's 38 kms from here!" while walking away. Mind you, we live in Kensington area which is 11kms from Stonebridge. And we paid for a $7 delivery fee so I'm not sure what the delivery guy's attitude was about. Way to spoil a good Saturday morning. Not ordering/eating here again.

The food here is always amazing. The taste is excellent and there is so much variety. So many different dumplings, which are my favourite.Always be sure to finish off your meal with a pineapple bun!Parking: Large shared lot with more spaces than I can count.Kid-friendliness: Kids are welcome and enjoy it!

Feels like I get 2 more pounds for this Food. Look at the oil. When I took a few bites of the Dry Fried Beef rice noodle , I felt sick to my stomach. The food was not fresh, looks like had been sitting for days. The chicken feet had a sour taste to it. This can only be a one-time patronage restaurant. No service at all, was thinking of not tipping but ended up doing so, the waiter looked unhappy with the tip and gave me a grumpy face.No Thank you, No Bye.40 some dollars for these.

Every dish was tasty and made me do a happy dance in my chair! Ordering was easy, service efficient. Though you may pay more, the effort it takes to make each type of dim sum is why. And they do not skimp on ingredients/filling. We do not come often, but it’s a treat when we do.

One of the best Chinese cuisine restaurant in Saskatoon. Love the ambience and the concept where you have a round turning table for food sharing. We love your chicken feet, dimsums and noodle dishes in a reasonable price, cheap compared to others. They also have the robo waiter which helps with orders which gives fun to customers.
