“The staff were friendly and welcoming. They went out of their way and even put in a free turnover! As I was leaving the establishment with food to go, one of the front staff returned my Airpods I forgot on the table and put away the finished tray I had for my dine in meal that I also forgot on the table (sorry about that!) haha.If I could go one star beyond five, I would do it in a heartbeat.“

“Tisdale Subway Rocks. Wife phoned in an order for pickup because she was having trouble with the app. We live 20 miles out of town but I was headed in for groceries anyway. Picked up order, they were so friendly. Drove home, opened up our subs to find they had made major mistakes (no meat on one, completely wrong sub on the second and the third one bang on so 1/3).Called to inform of their mistake, agreed to call manager and call back with solution. Immediately headed back to location. They called my wife back and were extremely apologetic according to her text. Told me to come back and they would make it right.When I got there they recognized me immediately. Made my subs the right way and threw in a cup of soup for my troubles. “Gary and the team at Dairy Queen in Tisdale went above and beyond for our 5 year olds birthday today. The whole team brought his cake out and sang him happy birthday and our 5yo and three other boys were thrilled.The food is always fast, hot and delicious, the location is always clean, and service is always great, but today was just exceptional!Thank you so much to everyone, particularly Gary!“
