I went into subway in Tisdale on Dec29 2023. The worker was a woman and incredibly rude.I asked for extra lettuce and she said she would have to charge me extra. I said that is not a thing because I always get extra lettuce and have never been charged extra. She got very rude and started screaming and became verbally aggressive. Horrible customer service.

Ran out of cheddar cheese using one slice in my sub, didn’t get more and didn’t get after for my spouses sub. We were told no coffee and no soup. Counters a mess, veggies looked pretty old especially lettuce looked gross. Just didn’t get lettuce on our subs because of this. Seemed only one lady working so I understand if she was overworked, this was 2pm in the afternoon. But take the couple minutes to fill things. I know ppl would wait to have fresh veggies and cheddar cheese as an option. I don’t think it was a case of not having stock in the building.

Tasty food and good service. The restaurant itself is rather plain but there is a nice park next door that is a great place for a picnic.

Waited 30 minutes for 2 sandwiches. Employee kept walking away from me after asking questions. Then went to use personal phone , came back and tried to continue making sandwiches without changing gloves. Had to ask the employee to change gloves before continuing to make my sandwiches.?

Service was okay at best, lady's working wouldn't listen to us we had to repeat ourselves several times cause they just refused to listen

Discusted!! Worker never changed her gloves once!! Would go use the till then go back to making people's subs! Gross!! Train your workers to change their gloves. This caused alot of anxiety.

Customer service and food quality have taken a turn for the worse. This used to be a placed I enjoyed.The vegetables in the cooler table looked absolutely disgusting. The lettuce was discoloured and the tomato’s looked slimy.When I asked for cucumber I received 1 cucumbers, when I asked for more it seemed to be an inconvenience.The soup was advertised as beef barely, when I got home it was potato bacon. The soup was so thick it was more like a paste than a soup. The soup was not edible, had one bite and it was horrible. When I asked for crackers I was told “we don’t provide those anymore”When I got to the till to pay I had to ask for a bag to take my meals home in. Then packed it myself, so I held up the line while I did so. They used to have it bagged and ready for you by the time you got to the till. Received no napkins, when I asked for some they said they were behind me. When I went to get some there was none available and then I didn’t want to intrupyt the customers being helped at the time.Sad to get home and realize this poor quality of my meal as it isn’t worth going back and wasting more time and money. The quality and service have drastically decreased and I won’t be returning.
