Earl grey milk tea tasted like sugar and milk only. Very faint flavor and the black pearls had many that were hard and chewy. This isn't always the case since I have been here quite a few times but this time was totally disappointing. Also paid extra for pearls on another drink and didn't receive them.
I would still go here IF I don’t deal with the guy (can’t miss him because he’s the only guy that work there, DON’T LET HIM TAKE YOUR ORDER/S) that works there. The ladies are awesome, the drink is still good. THE LEVEL OF DISRESPECT THAT WE RECEIVED FROM THIS GUY IS UNREAL! December 4th and 11th we received grumpiness and rudeness from that guy.
