Terrible counter service. Their staff cares entirely about drive thru times at the behest of proper customer service in the restaurant. I waited patiently for two team members to finish counting donuts, and two two members to bag food for the drive thru. Then I was ignored while more attention was given to the drive thru. I finally called out and asked for help. 5 mins waiting to order a coffee.

I had a coupon for bagel belt and muffin, but they put it in the system wrong so when they scanned my phone so the coupon didn’t work. They were rude and would not change their mistake and over charged me for my meal. This is not the first time this has happened.
