Food Beware

I love the location in maryville, so I’ve tried this Alcoa one twice now. The quality is way worse. The workers don’t know the difference between a dinner plate and a lunch plate. They don’t put sweet carrots in your hibachi/teriyaki meal. These employees also burnt our food, barely put meat or veggies in it, didn’t season the rice, and didn’t add the teriyaki sauce to either of our orders. There was clumps of unseasoned, crunchy rice through out the plate. I love the other location, So I recommend the one next to buddy’s bbq. Avoid this one.

Had eaten here a few months ago and it was very good. However, went back a few days ago and was disappointed. The orange chicken was so overcooked, it was like eating chicken jerky! Then, the rice was under cooked. It was crunchy, really? Rice?Spending nearly $40 for 2 and then getting such poor quality food was sooo disappointing! Not sure we'll be back. (Too bad because we really liked it the first time!?)

It wasn't what I expected especially after being explained to me on what to expect definitely a learning experience and I won't be back I guess for some people it's good I don't know where this other guy gets where generous portions were and didn't see none of that

02 MAR 2024 First time customer today. I ordered Shrimp Tempura, chicken wings, crab rangoon, garlic beef lunch entree & shrimp fried rice. The vegetables were fresh & crisp and I liked they had chunks of minced garlic in the sauce, not just garlic powder. Everything was tasty and portion sizes were very large. The Garlic Beef entree came with fried rice & soup, but I told them I didn't want the soup. It would be a very filling lunch entree for just $8.30 + tax. Dinner time portion is larger and costs more. I was the only one in line and it took 6 minutes for everything to be brought to me which I thought was reasonable and it smelled GREAT driving home. Highly recommend at least one visit. I'll be a returning customer.

Big portions and delicious food! We got chicken teriyaki entrees and pot sticker appetizer. Pleasant surprise that soup is included with entree! Will definitely return

Looks like a franchise type. like a Panda Express. Except they seem to be cook to order, unlike Panda Express. Generous portions. Limited selection which push their quick serve food.

Very good food and they give you an extremely generous portion. We go through the drive thru so we don't get experience the ambiance, but their service is very good.

The first time I went the food was delicious. This time I ordered Moo Moo Gai Pan and it was only vegetables.... I was confused?? Where is the chicken? I feel like they are skimping on the food to make more money and it is very obvious. The sushi was mostly rice with a dime size of filling. The cheesecake was a sliver literally for $6! I really wish this place was going to be consistently good.

The only thing that I thought was good was the rice, broccoli and yum yum sauce. Everything else was mushy and over cooked. Definitely a waste of money.

We went for lunch and they gave me a dinner size. They weren't busy and the tables were dirty. The only 2 booths had employees sitting at them. The food wasn't good chicken was rubbery. They have tubs of something right by the cash register. Wound up throwing 99%of my food away.
