This was my fourth time, so very disappointing again. Chips were stale 4th time. Food was awful. I get a bowl each time. Plus the place is always so dirty. Will not be back, I gave you 4 chances. Failed each time..

Restaurant was dirty, all tables, and work area. Trash cans were full and when I mentioned it got an attitude and never did trashed. Out of veggies, chips, steak, lettuce. Staff had an attitude the entire time. When I asked chips ahead of time said we don’t have any then I see them packing some up for a delivery order. When asked she said we have to save them for to go customers. Worst experience. When there was no line employees just stood around talking. Plus cook who was making chicken was playing with ear buds then going back to cooking.

I wrote a review on yelp. This was horrible. Rice was hard and way under cooked, and that’s pretty much all I got was under cooked rice. Hardly any meat and it was tough, food was cold and we only live 5 minutes away, hardly any corn they forgot the beans. 31.00 for 2 bowls. What a rip off. You lost our business. We work to hard for our money to be wasted on horrible food. I was so aggravated I went to bed hungry after working all day.

Placed order, in person, for two bowls. Cashier handed me a bag after ringing up 2 bowls, a soft drink and adding chips. When I arrived home, there was only 1 bowl. Could only reach an automated system with only one option to speak to someone. When this option was chosen I was told, ‘there is no one available at the restaurant to speak to you. Try back later.’ Multiple attempts to reach a person failed. This is not the only problem with service that I have had during the several times that I have been there, but it will be my last, as I don’t plan to return.

Food was good. Employees were not friendly.It was so hot in the building. The building is very small. One employee started mopping while we were eating and then got mad when we got up to leave. Food was good but the customer service was not. Hopefully these issues can be fixed.

This was my third visit to this location over the last year. Every visit has been lackluster. They have never had the dressing for the salad, and 2 of the 3 times have forgotten my chips, which I paid for. The staff is very friendly, and the restaurant is clean and tidy.

I do not like to leave bad reviews ever; however, the manager was extremely rude and unprofessional. They were out of steak and chicken during the dinner hour, and I initially was the only person standing in line. After waiting nearly 20 minutes for steak, I was then told they were out of chicken. I was told the chicken would take 4 more minutes. After waiting for an additional prolonged period of time, I requested to speak to the manager who was standing around talking. The manager proceeded to blame me for the situation. He continued to be verbally aggressive to the point that his co-worker encouraged him to count to 10. The manager responded loudly with profanity directed at me, his employee, and for all to hear. The female employee at the register apologized. No customer should ever have to experience this type of behavior.

Man I used to really love chipotle. Back when I lived in Denver chipotle couldn’t be beat. Consistently awesome always having everything and it was all fresh and delicious. Now fast forward to the last 4 years they are ALWAYS out of something whether it’s fajita veggies, guac, chicken, or steak. Chipotle as a whole has taken a down turn for the worse, and this location is really the epitome of that. This location opened last year so it’s a newer store. So I’d expect it to be pretty good, and it’s the opposite, one time I went and a friend of mine ordered 3 different taco (1 Barbados, 1 sofrita, and 1 steak) our total came out to nearly $70 because the cashier rang him up for 3 of each taco. And it was very hard to get a refund. Also it feels like no one really takes pride in working there. I get it, it’s fast food, but as someone who actually has experience in the industry I at least want PAYING customers to have a clean place to eat. Anyway I could climb higher on my soapbox of how I think chipotle needs a bit of restructuring but I think this will suffice. I really want to love chipotle again and eventually turn this 1 star review to a 5 star but it’s going to take some serious work at the corporate level as well as at the managerial level as well.

The food is fresh. One time my taco shells were maybe a little bit stale but that's about it. I usually go right before dinner so maybe I get lucky in that regard. My only complaint is the amount of vinaigrette they put in the cups! It's like only a tablespoon of dressing, it's ridiculous and wasteful because you know people will ask for more than just one cup, therefore creating more plastic waste.

Give them another chance. I love that I can order a kids meal and it’s affordable and enough food to fill me up! I ordered through the app. My food was delicious and was ready on time.
