“Food is always good. Our server was very nice but very busy. Had nine guests in our party but had called ahead, still took over 20 minutes to be seated. Then from the time we were seated to ordering meal was another 20 minutes. Close to another 30 minutes for our food to arrive.“

“My visits to Mamma Gallina's have all been wonderful. The Godmother, my favorite sandwich, is absolutely superb every time. My other favorite is the Italian nachos. WOW! Unreal. And then I always top it off with the amazing gelato. A wonderful meal EVERYTIME“

“This is a great little place! We came in because of the puns and stayed for the food. The customer service was great and the girl who helped us was so polite and kind while our kids entertained her. We got the deep fried ravioli, a pizza for the kids, the chicky parm and the mind grinder. We liked everything we got! We haven’t been to the food truck but if we see it we’ll definitely stop.“

“Amici in Marvyille is by FAR the best Italian we have. It not only wonderful, but consistently wonderful. Never once disappointed. The service is excellent. This is the type of place for a special occasion, relaxed date night, or easy pick up when you don't feel like cooking.“

Thought it was a bit odd when we walked in and there was a younger hostess eating breadsticks behind the small counter and looking up at us. I saw her seating people after I went to the restroom. “Only sad face, and loss of a star was that they used to bring out more bread sticks and check on their guests. That didn't happen. To busy chatting, I guess? I mean, it was seriously yummy, and filling. And at the counter they are super great.They bring your meal out, on real plates. You get real cutlery. They bus the tables. It's very clean. But once they bring your meal, you never see them again. So only 4 stars.This was 6.99. so very worth it.“

“My wife and I were in Maryville today, we were looking for Italian food. I did a Google search and Joe's Italian came up in the search, my wife and I found the restaurant. We were immediately seated, our server Scott answered our menu questions. The wife and I shared a salad which was fresh with Italian dressing, plus Catalina on the side. My wife did the angel hair pasta while I did the lasagna. The portions are good sized for both entrees. The marinara sauce on the angel hair was delicious as was the lasagna. Great prices with the portions and a nice selection of wines for Italian dining. The ambience was dark, like an Italian place should be at the dinner hour We met Joe who was gracious and glad to meet us We're looking forward to our next visit with plans to try the pizza. The wife and I prefer "mom and pop" restaurants as opposed to the chains. We're glad the Google search led us to Joe's Italian.“

“Great food and a great atmosphere with perfect lighting. The music was great and at a perfect level. Acoustics were great. You can hear each other talk and it is not loud I. There. To me this is the quintessential “old Knoxville” great restaurant. We are lucky to have it.“

“We usually order take out here bc we have a very talkative/ rambunctious toddler. We decided to try eating in this time. The waitress we had was extremely kind. We didn’t have to ask for anything. She anticipated what we needed and was very mindful of our toddler at the table. Food was good and the portions are big enough to have another meal at home. We hope to have the same waitress next time. Just wish we remembered her name!“

“So tasty Italian style!! The bread and oil before dinner...yum. The salad, me, and the Italian Chicken soup...so good! I had the chicken piccatta.... excellent ?. My guest had the Italian Trio...so much good food. Our bartender was most excellent with some great suggestions. Such a vast menu, great servers and tasty food... it's worth a visit!!!“

“It was our first time ever going to one of these restaurants and we decided last minute to get Italian food for our anniversary.The restaurant was closing in an hour and we decided to go anyway.The ambience was lovely, the Italian music was a nice touch, and we were greeted very enthusiastically by our server Beau. He was so friendly and didn’t seem the least bit annoyed to have us show up so late. We both have worked food service and try not to put others in the situation but with young kids we can only get out every once in a while.Beau showed to our seat right as we walked in, got us our drinks right away, and was very helpful in explaining the menu and what the favorites were as well as his personal favorites. We took his recommendation and the Esalata della Casa and the Chicken Bacon Flatbread were both delicious as appetizers.We decided to order the Margarita Pizza and the Fra Diavolo pasta. The pasta is amazing and the pizza unfortunately came out with a hair on it but my wife noticed it right away and not only did they remake it but they took the price of our order.I usually don’t care too much on service as long as it’s polite and the food is good but this time the care was exceptional and the food was amazing.We mentioned that it was our anniversary and Beau got us a dessert for free (we weren’t expecting it so it was even better). Even though they were getting close to closing he was also happy to make us a little extra bread to go since the portions are ginormous and we couldn’t finish it all.Overall I’d give it an 8/10 but if you can get Beau I’d say 10/10 go absolutely.Oh and the dessert we got (also a recommendation from Beau) was the cheesecake and it was delicious!I couldn't have asked for a better dining experience.Bravo! is an apt name for this restaurant!“

“This Jets is always awesome! The jet 10 is one of the best pizzas all around at the best price! Thank you to the owners including their Pizza Perfect Pizza magic making amazing son & crew! everyone in our family absolutely loves the ranch. From this location it has never came to us any other way than perfect and it's always fresh! Thank you for that as well.Vegetarian options: They have fresh salads anything that that is partial vegan like vegetable pizzas and maybe sandwiches!Parking: This location is in a strip mall that is accessible and easy to maneuver with a traffic light on a busy busy main road it also makes it easier that there is slower businesses closer to the busy businesses it seems to be strategically placed in such a Manor can you wear the traffic flows naturally at the most busy times.“

“Our first visit to Jaboni’s Maryville pizza and both food and service were outstanding! The restaurant was crowded on Saturday, and easy to see why. We had Grandma’s pan pizza with 5 toppings - be sure to include extra cheese- and it may have be the best pizza in Knoxville. From the next table, the calamari looked good and we will be back to try it. Great job GM Matt Chapman and team !“

“This was great. I didn't see some of what other reviewers posted. It was reasonably well lit for an italian restaurant. (Aubreys is dark, this was fine.) It was adequately clean. Not perfect but fine. Table and plates and silverware were clean. A few bits of stuff on the floor - but I got there after the main dinner rush. Pizza was very good. I will make a few tweaks the next time i order but it was a great flavor sauce. Perfect crust. Slightly light on the toppings. This is likely to become my new regular pizza place. I look forward to going back to try other stuff. The chocolate cheesecake was meh. The coffee was disappointing. The server was awesome (Hannah, I think ) - super responsive, frequent checks to ensure I was taken care of.“

“The pizza could be more New York/Neapolitan and/or Sourdough (thinner and more indulgent), but Bella Roma has eggplant and they were willing to put it on my pizza as a topping so major props there! They also have an eggplant sub, eggplant parm, and eggplant rollatini which adds to their allure. The bread was very nice and better than expected. They should add the eggplant as a pizza topping on the menu so when ordering online it can be added to the order.“
