Menus were all stuck together my hands turned out sticky I told a man sir they cleaned it right away then I went to the bathroom to wash my hands so we're all sticky And they had no Soap Haven't tried to food yet but they need to do a little bit of deep Cleaning from the looks of it They make enough money to take care of all the issues.

Had the Veggie Sandwich with potato salad for lunch today. Ummm good! Loved the crisp vegetables especially avocado, sliced tomato and cucumber slices. Bell pepper slices were also tasty as was the bread. Not sure what red powder was sprinkled on the potato salad but it all tasted good. Zingy tasting dill pickle was good also.Vegetarian options: Veggie spuds and Veggie sandwich.

It's a Knoxville deli that's almost always packed, long wait, not cheap but not exorbitant prices...and they do have an enjoyable/ interesting menu. Just don't go during rush hour and good luck parking or standing anywhere inside if you do!

Great food, great staff ! Don't like that you are embarrassed by check out procedure that makes you decide on tipping amount ( even if you're not tipping). I realize they clear tables and deliver to your table, but this is a walkup restaurant.

Food is good. Service is excellent. The reason for the three stars is the advertising. I ordered bulk soup today, 1/14/23. The app said it serves 4. Any reasonable person would expect that to indicate you would get four bowls out of the container. Sorry, this is simply not the case.Lets say a small bowl = 1 cup (8oz)A large bowl might equal 1.5 cups (12 oz).So, serves 4 would indicate an amount of soup/chili between 32 and 48 oz.The container I received that "serves four" contained 26 oz.A little over 3 cups of soup/chili.Therefore, more accurate advertising would be that the bulk soup serves 3.Again, the food is very good. The advertising should be changed as the downsizing happens. Better yet - quit the down sizing and raise prices. At least this way, the customer won't feel cheated.I for one, will never order bulk anything from the McAlisters again. If they down size the sandwiches, that may have me skip the store altogether. Wow! What an experience! I felt like royalty due to the attentiveness and kindness from the staff! My food was crisp, absolutely delicious, and the perfect temperature (salad and spud)!! I love this place and know you will too!!
