I love the chicken, bacon, and parmigiana melts, but I swear from now on, I'll go to Knoxville. At least they cook them right.When I got home with my order, mine was 1 minute from being burned to a crisp.That's just too crunchy for me.

I ordered deliver and they left off stuff on my order then proceed to not answer the call after a hour multi time I tried calling then drove there and had to wait for 20

I placed an order for delivery, paid the ridiculously high delivery fee and tipped the driver 20% on my card when ordering only to have 1 item completely missing and the wrong pizza delivered. When I tried to contact the store I was transferred to 7 different people at a call center. I then called corporate customer service which also was a waste of time. I was told to go to the location to have my order corrected. If I was in a position to go to the location I would not have ordered delivery. There is absolutely no way to reach anyone to fix problems with your order and I had not 1 but 2 issues with mine. I will not be ordering from pizza hut again. This is the worst experience I have ever had from any restaurant and the fact that you can not speak to someone at the location is the most useless form of customer service any company could provide.

Had to come give this Pizza Hut the review and respect it deserves. Just ordered tonight and as always this Pizza Hut blows the others out of the water. The pizza was fresh perfect amount of ingredients and the pizza actually looked like the photo which never happens. Josh and his wife are great manages. They take the feed back they get and work to be the best. Honestly that’s all we can ask for these days. All in all I give this pizzahut a 5 star. Way better than any other Pizza Hut I’ve ever been to.

We ordered Saturday night online. Was told 35 to 45 mins no problem. An hour later the driver pulled in saw a dog bark, I came outside and instead of waving at me he left and went back to the restaurant and lied and told them I have a vicious dog. The dog isn't mine anyways, mind you I WAS OUTSIDE, and he saw me. So, I asked for refund. My husband called and the manager on duty that night told him no refund which of course set him off. The manager told him to F off and called him out to fight which puts all his employees in danger now days. and called my house nasty and old I mean really. So, I have called the corp office and have not heard a word about this unprofessional experience, but I see they have no issues talk to out of state people who DO NOT pay their bills!!!

Food was ordered at 645. Our eta was 50-60 mins. It didn't arrive until almost 830. My biggest issue was that there was no contact about an extended wait time. When it arrived it was warn but the dough was nit fully cooked.

The driver themselves did nothing wrong, I ordered a pepperoni lovers and there was barely more than a few slices of pepperoni, bread sticks weren't that hot and drinks weren't that cold. I'll give them one more shot I guess if I'm hungry enough

I would give no stars but there is not an option for that!! Our pizza order said it was delivered 45 minutes before it got there. I called to find out where they delivered it and the Manager said they were running behind. When I asked why it said delivered on my tracker he said it was because they had a certain time to say it was delivered. He was rude and hung up on me.
