Horrible service. Over a dozen guests waiting around asking politely because they didn't want to cook anything and all pizzas were eaten after paying for the buffet. We weren't seated. Nobody was waited on. Every table and guest seemed disappointed by service. Asked kindly when more pizza might be out since we had already waited 20 minutes and was ignored and given a death stare. Unprofessional staff. Will not return. What a ripoff.

I am highly disappointed in the service I received here two times in a row. Both times I was treated very poorly by the server "Breanne " I think is her name it's the name on the receipt. She's a olive skin girl with dark brown hair , wears her hair in a braid or pony tail. Both instances, I had to get up to get my own refills. She won't hardly look at us, she started walking away when I was still speaking to her. I was telling her my order was incorrect and to bring out garlic sauce and ranch. She would never check up on us to see how we were doing. I don't understand how she can judge my son and I. We're not difficult guests or rude. But I do tip based on service and she is severely lacking. What really ticks me off, is I'll see her checking in on other tables and giving them refills without asking. She told us to pay up front, for some reason didn't make the other table pay upfront. We do not come in looking like bums I'm not sure why this server chooses to judge my son and I. I was wanting dessert tonight but the server made me so angry that I didn't want to even eat it there so we went to subway and sonic for dessert. I am a very humble person and expect so little from my server and she couldn't even do the bare minimum. I'm very disgusted in the locations service which is a shame because we really enjoy the food when it's hot and fresh. Please correct this or I will never be back. I am a very generous tipper when servers DO THEIR JOB, it's not hard keep my drinks full and bring out my order correctly and don't be rude.

Came in for a lunch buffet, not worth the price for what you get. Salads are pre-packaged... food was not fresh when I came in. Staff were very overworked but was doing their best, however when fresh pizza came out the ingredients used are just nasty, the pizza sauce is awful and the ingredients didn't taste fresh at all. Last time coming here.I'm sure someone is going to reply with send me your experience so we can make it right. You can make it right by not overworking your staff and using fresh ingredients. Your staff seems to be abused and used at this location.

Tastes like the 90s…which is good and ok. Kids loved it, so yay they ate. ? It’s a different place post-pandemic though. Folks working say they can’t find enough help, so it’s now a order at the door as you arrive and then seat yourself and don’t expect them to wait on you.
