Every single time I come here they are doing drive through only, signs on every booth today… then when you get to the speaker of the drive through you’re told to pull around to the window which means they are taking orders,cash & serving all at the same time making their life waaaaayyy more difficult than jus taking the order and letting the restaurant run as it should. I waited 45 mins on A CUP OF ICE!!! & this literally happens 3x a week, if not more.. management needs to get on the hiring site & look at some applications ?

We've been sitting here for 30 minutes along with other people, they have told us to wait but have not asked us once if we were ready, they even asked the guy beside us if he would leave and come back later due to how busy they are. Clearly they need better staff and more workers I don't think they should be open if they don't have enough people to run the place correctly.

No one responded after I pushed the button. After 10 minutes we went next door to Bojangles.
Drive thru menu was too small and too far away from speaker to be readable. Had to leave and go to a parking spot interested.Parking spot order screen didn't work so cashier had to come out to my car to finish transaction.Delivery was very slow.Food was good once it arrived. Staff was friendly.

Waited 20 min for our online order we called the store to check on it and the women was rude and didn't even ask for the name to sure they have the right order but the lady that was running order out sure was new and was doing great and she was very sweet

We came through the drive through about 11:50 tonight after work. I didn’t catch her name but she was very nice and the food was the best we’ve gotten from any sonic. It was fresh and the slush had good flavor.
