****Below Sub Par Service!!!!**** I frequented this establishment on Friday, April 5, 2024 around 11:45am. I've been doing this for a couple of months now once a week when I work in Blount County. I always go through the drive-thru. The lack of professionalism each time I go still amazes me. When you pull to the order board, they call you honey, sweetie, sugar ... but, I thought well...we are southerners and grew to find it somewhat endearing. But I ordered my sandwich and drink and pulled to the window. As I paid for my order, I apologized to her for not tipping. That is something I also don't understand, but, that's another issue for another time. Her total demeanor changed. She forgot to give me my drink. So, I just waited and she came back. Highly irritated. I asked her if I could have a napkin. She literally wadded the napkins, my credit card and receipt and flung them to me. Never have I received such treatment. I went inside to inform management. The minute I walked in, a second employee immediately called to me, Even though it was packed with patrons, and said can I help you. I asked for a supervisor. She said they were the only two there and no manager. Now, she's yelling this at me in front of everyone. I'm utterly humiliated but began to explain. The girl from the drive thru then aggressively inserts herself into the conversation and begins yelling at me. The other employee then yells at me that I didn't need to come in there all "high falootin" and lying. And said there was a room full of witnesses. She was utterly belligerent. After a minute I realized these are truly irrational people and there was no point in trying to discuss the matter and left. It was shocking and disturbing to say the least. I eat at Subway a minimum of two times a week. I've never witnessed anything like this before at Subway or any restaurant in my life. I couldn't even eat the food I purchased. I have filed a complaint with the corporate office. I will update this post once I hear back from them. If I hear back from them.

My husband and I stopped by this location for lunch today (3/25/2024 around 11:45am) and I must say those ladies are awesome at their job! Although it was packed inside and drive thru was packed also, they got us in and out and had the best customer service ever! Somebody needs to give these ladies a raise!

2/20/24 9pm. We dropped off our rental car @ the airport and was going to p/u a late dinner. When the employee came over the intercom and asked if we had placed an online order. We stated no, she proceeded to state that she had five sandwiches in line & it was up to us if we wanted to wait. Needless to say with that negative response we got our dinner elsewhere. Communication is key. More than likely with a positive response/wording we would have waited.

I tried to do a drive through order at this location. After waiting 20 mins, the leadership on duty this evening - and I called and spoke with her - tried to take my order and was very rude, short, impatient, kept repeating the questions when I had already told her what I wanted. Was not listening. Condescending, arrogant. She said I did not know what she was going through. I am a GM at a local Knoxville fast food business and hold a bachelors in PR and I know that it doesn’t really matter what she is going through because she’s on the service end and that is the position she chose to serve in. She is no victim. I am a paying customer. I will never return. She was extremely unprofessional and honestly I was embarrassed for her behavior.

The man who made my food, did so while using the same gloves used to make previous food, took money, gave change, to the client before me, never changed gloves,he was talking around open foods, with a long beard that nothing, nothing prevent from falling in your foods. Very disgusting way of serving foods, the basic common sense of very basic restaurant hygiene is not followed in many Subway restaurants. This one was just another terrible level.

I stopped, of all places, to buy a foot long sub as I've done elsewhere. Regardless of the economy, of COVID or limited staffing today, the lack of "consistency" among varied locations is brought full-circle at this site. Like others, I don't use an "ap" and really care less of having one on my phone. Stories of using the AP and ordering online mean getting "less than" the value you should be getting. However, in this case, I stopped and "yes" to use a BOGO for having coupons that "ARE PRINTED" locally for Subway that "should be" honored no matter which location and any state of this nation. Yet a sign is not clearly noticeable by the average person and it took my asking after seeing the sign if coupons would be honored. As of 3/3/2023 according to what I saw about "rising costs" (fully understand) for food, etc. that this store would NOT honor the coupons...I walked out after talking to what may have been a manager. I didn't buy and probably will NOT buy from Subway again for inconsistency among stores, for wasting the time to pull off a busy road and to walk in to the store whether for myself of a companion.

I have gone to Subway drive thru at stores all over the state and never sat and waited like I do at this location every single time. All other stores take your entire order and then send it to the line to be made and you are in and out just like any other drive thru. This location will get your bread and meat and then say hold on while they go prepare that. Then 4 minutes later return to the mic to ask the cheese. Hold again and then return to ask what veggies and then you are told to hold again while they do that part. Then here they come back to ask what condiments. Meanwhile 3 cars pulled up behind me and eventually left because I guess they didn’t have all night to wait. This is a 10-12 minute process if you are the only one in line and don’t have to wait for someone ahead of you. I can’t even imagine how long that would take, not to mention if you were getting multiple sandwiches. Also, this is based off multiple visits, not a one time fluke. District management needs to get involved immediately.

Waited at the counter for a pickup order for 10 minutes no one was in the store after calling the phone two people came from the back. They both had a hard time figuring out what was going on. They both looked high.
