Lady at the drive thru had a horrible attitude. I asked if they had chocolate milk for my son’s meal and she goes ok what else. I said is that a yes? She goes yes I said whatelse. I said how about a nicer attitude…she says if you don’t like my attitude eat somewhere else. Then as we drive away flick us off. I got on a recording where my husband called in to get the managers name, where they would not give name and said they are not allowed to provide their names.

We absolutely love this location. My son has to have his baconator at least once a week lol. The only downfall is sometimes it's hard to get extra sauces.

I like Wendy's and the food is always decent but every time I go in there that older lady up front always has a bad attitude with everyone in line. She acts as of she doesn't want to be there and always looks pissed off. I would understand if she was having a bad day but it's every single time.

There was only one person in front of me waiting on food. They were still waiting for the duration of my stay. I waited in line for 15 mins. No one greeted me. The only lady taking orders was doing way more than just that. They seemed understaffed or maybe she just couldn't stay focused.After 15 mins the man in front of me still didn't have all of his food and I was never greeted. Not a word. So, I left. Granted, the drive thru was slammed. But to not even greet a dine in or carry out customer....at all....for 15 mins is a problem. I feel that this location needs better training and possibly more staff.I read not long ago that Wendy's was testing a pricing program, based on how busy or slow they were. I wouldn't even bother w that program if even ONE of your locations is ran like this one. I won't be going back. Retrain, or restaff. But, do better.

I’ve been to that location twice and both times I've had very rude service. The older lady doing the driveway was very upset at me for asking for extra ranch dressing and mad that very clear to me and another employee!

Whoever is working the drive thru in the afternoon is clearly just lacking in the brain. Might seem small but the inconvenience of waiting in a slow line just to get to the speaker, try to pick up my own drive thru mobile order (clicked DRIVE THRU),and then the same lady two different occasions tells me to come inside is just offsetting and it just grinds my last nerve. Lol. I come inside and the male worker walks over where the drive thru lady is and grabs my order that was ready..... I felt like my eye twitched several times and I just calmly walked away. The pettiness is just.... Wow.
Chicken nuggets and fries were cold. Over half of drink selections were unavailable. Cashier was friendly and prompt.

Wow...look at all the one star reviews. Do you care (rhetorical)? I'm going to add another one. I walked in to take my order. The kady at the register made eye contact with me and then just walked away without saying anything. She came back a few minutes later and made eye contact again and still didn't say anything. She got some boxes out and started sorting them or something. Clearly she wasn't interested in taking my order so I left. Marking this restaurant off my list of places to spend money.
