Did drive thru..Very professional polite drive thru worker that was working breakfast. Food could of probably been assembled with a little more love..kinda looked like they put my biscuit together and stepped on it..lol..Not lying..but overall not bad.

Pulled up to go inside and eat on 4-7-24 at 1425. Found doors locked and employees standing inside doing nothing while dfivethru was backed up and 2 cars pulled up waiting on food.To whoever owns this franchise maybe start by firing everybody and start over. Or sell this franchise to another owner.

Arrived 5:40PM waited 30minutes then told they would take my order at the window I placed my order to a young man and paid and was told to drive forward and the order would be brought out to me I waited patently for over 25 minutes until the cars behind me moved out because of super slow service I then backed up to the service window and a lady said I saw you setting up there but have You already ordered and so I repeated my order and she immediately prepped and said have you already paid I told her yes and she had it ready quickly and apologized I pulled out at 7pm If I hadn't already paid and wasn't a 82 yr. Old Disabled Veteran I would have left like many others. This franchise owner had best clean up their house or lose it because of poor employees ? ? ?

Man, love to see how great a location does. Sat and waited a good long while to order a double bacon stack biggy bag and a BLT bag. These people took 20 minutes and STILL couldn’t get the order right. This place needs serious help from management and higher ups. They are over worked and under staffed. Need more care and support

Almost never get your order right, young folks running the place are more concerned about their phone than the customer. Sorry I interrupted your social media! Almost never have a good experience. I used to love Wendy's burgers, now I wouldn't go anymore if it was free. ( Yet way over priced)

I always go back to this Wendy’s thinking to myself “maybe it will actually be good this time.” I will not make that mistake anymore. The food is ALWAYS cold like it’s been sitting out for 30+ mins. Sandwiches always looked slapped together and are always missing something. Save your time and money by eating somewhere else.Morning after update: after eating a few fries and about half of my sandwich, I have spent the entire next morning on the toilet with FOOD POISONING begging for mercy.

Confused by my rating? Well, the location is great near the airport. It is one of the cleanest Wendy's in the south. The food is good and the service is good. Both of those have room for improvement.

I went through the drive through this morning and one of the associates was considerate enough to start a fresh pot of coffee for me. It may not seem like a big deal but these small kindnesses are few and far between these days. It really made my day better and I appreciated it.

I don’t know that I’ve ever been treated so rudely at a restaurant. The server knew I was standing there waiting to order, and I could hear her in the back saying “I’m not even taking her order. She can stand there.” Finally, she came up to take my order, and when I told her what I wanted, she literally just walked away. A guy finally came out from the back and told me to leave and go through the drive thru. I finally just left.
